The staff are very friendly. Location is good but it was not our priority for the booking.
Basically everything else! I read the earlier reviews, back to 3 -5 years and everything is true regarding the cleanliness, quality of the property.

Hotel was very close to the Balaton and for us (3 siblings) the perfect place to stay, it looks a bit like a "lost place", they could use it more for marketing like this as in general its a nice place to stay if expectations are not too high.
Could get in shape in future as the location is really, really good and the building too.

The general opinion is that owners just don't care... They are very friendly, they are enjoying life, but the hotel just needs a bit more effort to be cleaner and fresher ...
