Breakfast and the staff was excellent. Would love to have fresh fruit for breakfast, but otherwise great selection.
The entire staff was outstanding: Front Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, Cafe.
Love the location: right by the lake with private beach. Close enough to restaurants and activities, but not too close to the concert venue and the noise from the street.
We watched the sunset every evening at the private beach. Lots of activities onsite.
We love the place and will recommend to friends.

Nothing you can like about (neither the so called “beach”)
Full of spiders in the rooms (3 rooms booked, every day new ones will show from the AC or other hidden spots) the doors aren’t closing (bathroom + balcony), breakfast is 2 stars hotel.
Quite sure the 5-star reviews are paid, as well as the hotel is max 2 stars (EU level).
The hygyene is very low, please be careful if you book this hotel if you are sensible.

The rooms are very nice very clean the staff is very nice, the breakfast is really good lots to choose from, the private beach is quiet and nice you have lots to do billiards, mini golf and other things to pass time, quality hotel in every way

The hotel location is great for being close to the main street but still far from the noise. The room was in excellent condition. Sparkling clean bathroom and well maintained furniture. There is a mosquito net on the balcony. There are car spots for short stop in front of the entrance. The parking area is on 5 minutes of walk with many trees to keep it in shade. I highly recommend the breakfast. There are plenty of options including diet. Everything tastes very well. There is a dedicated access to the lake for hotel guests.
Double bed consist of two single beds with the gap in between.

Location
The TV didn't work, none of the channels. The air conditioning is not adjustable. You can either turn it on and freeze, or not have it but you are sweating.
In the bathroom the faucet either makes you soaked or the water is barely coming.
The neighbors on their balcony at 7am woke me up... Roughly that's about it....
I won't choose it again.

The beach is great. There was plenty of room on the beach during weekdays.
WiFi is unusable. You should not expect it to work. Mobile internet is great in the area.

We have paid extra for the room with the lake view and we got the room on the third floor and the view was obstructed by the trees. Breakfast is not good.

Breakfast was very good. The coffee was strong enough for me which is not usually the case in hotels. The hot food choices were changed daily and the range of cold foods was good.
The hotel is on the main Petofi Setany which is a road full of restaurants and bars.
The beds were narrow.
