It was exactly what I needed and expected
Staff were helpful knowledgeable and really happy every time we saw them
The owner was a great and very personable man who made our stay experience exceptional
I cannot think of anything that I did not like about my stay at this hotel
Any problem was sorted straight away and I was not made at all to feel guilty if I mentioned anything that I had a slight problem with

Very good price/performance ratio. Lake view, very good breakfast, Small fridge in the room, free access to the beach (very nice with very good facilities), close to the center of action. Quiet at night. Cleaning ok. Helpful and smiling staff.
The only thing I have to criticize is the drain in the shower (room 209). Kettle missing. Otherwise, everything else is fine.

Liked the lake was within walking distance .
Room wasn’t clean at all. Covered with spiders and cobwebs, balcony rusted and old covered with cobwebs too. No cattle to do coffee, no phone to call reception . Breakfast choice basic minimal and if you go down to eat arround 10 all pastry dry . Wouldn’t recommend or go back . Noisy also as your room door facing to main street and it’s open street balcony to get to the room .

Excellent location, directly on the main beach (direct access to the beach without extra charge). The hotel is good, looks very new and comfortable. It is constructed similar to a motel - access to the rooms from an outside gallery, and looks like all the rooms have lake view. Balcony with two chairs and a table was a nice addition to the facilities. The staff is friendly and professional, the breakfast is good.
No big issues, just some findings: furniture and equipment in the room are cheap and simple; instead of nightstands with drawers there are just very small tables, so all your small stuff you have to keep on top of it. It's strange, but I did not have a soap in the bathroom, only hair/body gel - this was a bit confusing. Overall these were minor disadvantages which did not spoil the impression of the hotel.

Location and parking were a plus. Located near the lake you get free access to it. Lots of restaurants nearby and you can park your car near your room
Clean room .
Very expensive compared to what is offering Breakfast was terrible. The rooms are small and outdated , aircon in the room was a joke . The hotel is actually a motel with a wood structure , can hear all the noises .
Overall I would not choose this hotel again. We have paid 180 euros for a triple small room. Even if they say all the rooms have a lake view we couldn’t see it
As a big minus the live band performing behind the hotel did not let us sleep

- Clean rooms;
- The location (close to the main touristy area and the promenade);
- Free, private parking;
- Nice room view over the lake;
- 10% discount at the restaurant situated at the hotel’s ground floor.
- Poor soundproofing of the rooms (or at least ours, which had an internal door - perhaps it was a connecting room); also, although we did not have a problem with the external noise, it seems like it may be loud due to the hotel’s location;
- TV did not work;
- Little variety for breakfast.

The breakfast is pretty decent. It is good that the breakfast is included in the service. The location of the hotel is ideal as well, and you could hop on the wheel outside.
I did not like the bathroom that much. The drain in the shower cabin took too long, as a result, some water spilled outside the cabin, and the floor could get wet.

Breakfast was ok, although one person made us uncomfortable. We wanted to sit on the terrace, which didn’t set it up yet. He had an attitude about it.
