Wonderful
Very good breakfast, cleanliness, and the location was also very good – I would describe it as a quiet street close to the lake. The city center was also nearby; we used bikes, and it was about 10 minutes by bike. Closed parking available only for hotel guests was also an advantage.

Its a very good value, worth the money you pay. Not a luxury, but they are ways less than others and that for that money you get a very comfy room, close to beach, and very clean space
i cannot say anything. maybe the fact that even on balcony you cannot smoke, but i would say it also ok, prohibited because of cleanness. So in overall nothing to complain about

The location was perfect for us, a bit outside of the noisy nightlife in the centre of town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the walls a bit thin. The staff were helpful and kind.
The breakfast quality and variety was poor, especially on the Monday and Tuesday of our 3 day stay at Hotel Diana. The bread was hard and dry. Cappuccino was an extra fee, which was a shame for the guests, given the small price of the drink.

Great variety of food at breakfast, cold meats, salami etc. Also had a limited hot food selection, including omelettes or scrambled eggs, sausages and fritters. Lovely fresh fruit, cakes, yoghurts and cereals were also available. The room had very effective air conditioning which was essential during our stay, there was a fridge which we used to keep all our drinks cool. Our room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the side of the hotel, had plenty of space to dry towels. We used the restaurant in the evening and received excellent food at a reasonable price with great service.

Breakfest taste, but everyday the same, nothing new.
Recpetionist understood what we want - ONE ROOM for all of us, its mean family 2+2.
This hotel unfortunatelly doesnt akcept families 2+2 :(
Its impossible to book one room in this hotel for family 2+2 via booking.com, but receptionist understood, she was very nice and I paid for my second Child extra 87 euro when I CHECK-IN immediately !
Rooms are not prepared to families 2+2,
I saw one family who had opened doors because of that, mom was with one Child, and dad was with another Child in another room.
I recommend this hotel to pairs who dont Haven children and dont like parties, 'cause this hotel is far from center, like it was in the suburbs, and the rooms are not adapted to families,
I was there only because I was in halfway to home from my really holidays and because I've never been at balaton lake,
I decided to stay there 3 nights..
As I mentioned, receptionist was very nice, but the owner acted like I was a thief, beacause he didnt check if I paid or not for my second Child.
He had 3 days to check it out, but he didnt.
When I wanted to check-out He acted like I was a thief, I couldnt pack my Staff with my family to car, because he stopped me and order me to go to reception.
Then he showed me my reservation From booking, there were 2 adults and 1 Child. But As I mentioned I paid already for second Child, during check-in.
I would never go to hotel without paid, if this hotel didnt want us in one room, I would find another one in this or another place
The owner didnt even apologize.
BTW, balaton lake is like stench, dirt and poverty.
Im glad that i was passing through there only,
Im sure that I'll never be there again thanks to this

it was the best location, few meters near to the beach. The restaurant provided very good, tasty and a variety of food. Delicious coffee. I loved the restaurant. The pool was very clean, nice view from my room with balcony. I would definitely go back when visiting Siófok again.

Wonderful location in 2 min from the beach. Cozy, modern room with everything what you need. Really nice breakfast. For lunch and dinner we went to their restaurant and we love it. No need to look for places to eat. Quite location was also a plus.

Modernised boutique hotel very close to the beach but far away enough from the main action to be quiet at night etc. Pool is certainly small but we managed to get a lounger when we needed one. Breakfast was lovely and staff were welcoming. Beds were extremely comfortable, great aircon and modern shower room. Dinner on the restaurant was great value with the guest discount.

Everything was amazing! Big room, comfy bed, great bathroom. Perfect location, so quiet. Nicevand kind staff in restaurant and on the reception. Close to the beach. And breakfasts? Omg delicious!!! I definitely come back next year. Love this place!
