great location (very close to promenade at Balaton), private parking available, very comfortable room (clean, well-equipped), staff friendly, food was really good (both breakfast and dinner), pools and saunas were really relaxing
automatic tip during dinner for drinks (service is very good, but I prefer to tip the waiter myself and not be already charged for something), cleaning service knocking at my door almost 1 hour before checkout (I find this rude and annoying)

Every day same meal! I ask download on memory device your hotel presentation. From reception answer was We have to ask management approval and we'll let message on your room. No message was for room 2105. I forgot to mention cleaning lady staff on making job! When You put outside door sign to clear the room, you expect to be done in 1-2 hours! The requirement not received by lady! When they want, after coffee/tobacco are working(very slow) They nock and nock, if no response enter in room! NOW, A SUGGEST FOR AZUR HOTEL: You can be reported in justice for problem, on stop your gusts to make/children/love, or other secret/intimate personal actions. And they have to speak english languace,

Perfect SPA area, warm water in swimming pools and jacuzzis. Many saunas. Good food. Very close to the lake.

The location and it’s by the Balaton lake.
The room was dirty and very very old! It’s not worth the money! The location is good but the rooms need a renovation!!!! The staff at pool bar was very rude! I asked kindly how to make my soft drinks, lemonade etc it’s just a personal preference! And the response was very rude! I don’t recommend this hotel at all! It’s impersonal!

AC was not working in 2 of 3 rooms (we traveled with colleagues)
Rooms are very old, they need a real refreshment

I highly recommend the premium 5 stars rooms, not the 4 stars. Receptionists are highly competent, waiters work very hard and they are polite. Facilities are exceptional, food is good, Hungarians cook very well. The beach has some sand and children can play.
The 4 stars room I booked first was very difficult to use. I had two connecting rooms but the communicating doors could not stay open because they were blocking the access to bathroom and exit. Also, a part of the ceiling was missing and the AC equipment was exposed. So I asked for an upgrade to a premium 5 stars room.
The house keeping team needs training. We did not receive enough towels, we are a family of 4 and we received only 2. The shower gel was almost empty. The shower drain was partially blocked. We told all this to the receptionist and they sent somebody to fix it.
But next day the cleaning ladies came very late, only at 4pm when children were sleeping and i asked them to return in one hour. They did not do a good job, they were in a hurry. Towels were not changed, the bathroom was not cleaned and they made the bed in a rush, did not arrange it properly.

It was a last minute booking for us (booked it on the day), so we knew that the prices are high, however we were expecting to get a fair stay for 85k forint/night. Everything was fine when we checked in, the parking is easy and have enough spaces. But the room was a disappointment. The bathroom was full of mould and the door handle was broken and falling apart. Food was also a disappointment. We stayed in many hotels before with my husband (in Siofok too for less money), but I think this hotel was the only disappointment so far. Definitely needs a refurbishment. The one interesting thing was for me that during breakfast the waiters are walking and cleaning tables together. Literally 2 waiters were cleaning our table front of us while they were chatting about girly stuff and there was no even a “good morning” or a smile at all for us. ?

aircon was not working. We had our room swapped and the AC was still not working. Rude staff at night time. i was also charged over £100 for the room swap that was only for the last night! Half of facilities was closed.

The place is great . Location is excellent , right on the beach . The complex is serving all the needs : beach , pools, wellness , children animations , clubs , bowling , ping pong , etc…bars , good restaurants with nice foods
The grill terrace restaurant staff is terrible and impolite . It’s restaurant manager is a kid . Ridiculous. Even you cannot claim thus
If they fix this thing , this is 10 points hotel
