We enjoyed the location,the safe free parking inside the yard, the place looks clean and comfortable, the host were nice and breakfast was good.
The air conditioning was good and necessary also because the area is quite warm.

I liked the hospitality and that it was a quiet area and everyone got their own terass ++
It stated in the booking that it is 1 km to the center and the beach is nearby, but the beach is actually 1.5 km from there and the city center is 3.5 km away. As a result, we had to take a taxi home for many nights, which was very expensive.

Wonderful
The guesthouse is beautiful and very well maintained, just it is quite far from the beaches and the center of the town. This is not a big problem if you know upfront and you strong enough to walk 30 minutes one way. The owners are very nice people, the breakfast was good, everything very clean and convenient.
Just one small disadvantage: there are no electric sockets near the beds, I had to leave the my phone on the desk for charging.

The owners were friendly and very gracious. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and updated. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items each day, along with coffee and tea available all day.

Nice place for holiday for the whole family. Clean, quiet, good breakfast, close the the centrum of Siofok ,good restaurants and too Balaton lake. Owners very nice and helpful, they speak English and German. We definitely recommend ?

Very clean, great hosts, quite and relaxing place.
You can have a nice walk to the lake, around 5-10 minutes.
Designated space for parking .(enough for everybody).
Nice terrace with sun beds, tables, tennis table...

Breakfast was variety and enough, the place is also quite and very clean. The host was warm and helpful .
The distance from there to the Siofok beach was quite a strain especially because the buses don't operate through out and also access it at night, you will need to use a Taxi
