Many beautiful streets to walk or cycle.

Location is good, property is in a quiet neighbourhood and is big - a lot of space for everybody
It smells like tobacco inside the apartment.
The instructions to enter were a little confusing. We ended up going to the wrong building. The entry code and everything was identical. Just the house number was different. So by accident we were disturbing other people.
The lock of the door to main bathroom was broken, so it was not possible to lock the door. Place was clean, but not spotless. Fridge was empty, but smelled like food nevertheless.
On booking they have one address mentioned, on the actual reservation there was a different address and next morning we had to go to a 3rd place to pay for our stay (only cash was accepted! - what if we didn’t have cash - not sure…)

Nice spacious apartment with south facing balcony and additional sofa bed. Nicely located for lake, shops and centre. Felt very safe. Good to have a washing machine. Very good wifi and smart tv.
Would benefit from a kettle. A little awkward collecting the key, the initial email has incorrect directions. WiFi details not supplied. However agent sorted both quickly over WhatsApp.

location, size of the apartment
it was dirty, bed was broken, bathroom doors were broken, everywhere mosquitoes and spiders, no nets on the windows protecting from insects, no elevator, parking problems with the landlords in apartment (it turned that it should be free), outside parking is always available, even there is no soap in the apartment, you have to take it with you, there is just one air conditioner in the apartment and it has very weak power (not enough even for the living room), pans in the kitchen not able to use (teflon already broken).

The apartment is very bright and clean. Everything seems new in the flat. It has a huge Patio/Balcony. The swimming pool is clean
The BBQ Facility can be considered not being there, it’s old and rusted.
