Friendly staff - English speaking, early check-in was possible and they let us leave our bags after check out.
Very good breakfast - fresh, tasty, warm and cold options, fruits. Everything was refilled and enough.
Close to the main beach, although we didn't use it much but there was a small swimming pool.
Hotel used its own exchange rate from Euro to HUF although I didn't make payment at hotel. In reality we paid a little bit more than the price shown at booking.com.
There weren't shampoo and body soap, just hand soap.
The hotel is close to the railway, so there were noices during night. However it was fine with closed window.

The staff was very professional and very friendly.
Rooms could use an upgrade but there is no real reason to spend time in them since Lake Balafon is about a 5 min walk.

The breakfast was absolutely stellar, the rooms were nice (altough a bit smaller), the beach was 5mins of walk from the hotel and the pool was really handy when it was melting hot outside. Would recommend!

Excellent location - walking distance to the strip and in the other direction the train station and ‘downtown’.
Small but nice pool.
Friendly staff, mostly very young people who really try to make everyone comfortable.
It’s a family hotel with enough seats to enjoy outside and enough pool beds for everyone.
The noise of partying youngsters and sirens and loud cars and music throughout the night.
The room was dated, the corridor massively echo-y.
Tiny sink and the general lay-out of the room was awkward.
We booked last-minute but did find we overpaid for what we got.

Very clean room, really close to train station & within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was nice with great selection of different things including different milks.
Pool area was quite small, this wasn’t an issue whilst we were there and never had a problem getting a bed though.

Old furniture and old interior, but on our day of leaving new beds and furniture arrived ! So this hotel is refreshing at the moment !

The room was fine, though a little tired. The remote needed new batteries and the bathroom bin had not been emptied.
We asked for a kettle but none were available.
