The double room actually has 2 rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and 2 single beds. Cleanliness in the room and throughout the property. Very friendly host; he waited for us after the maximum check-in time. The location is in a very quiet area, has private parking in the yard and is only good for transit.

The room was tidy. Owners are really welcoming.
The train is very close so you can hear it each time during the night.

Close to Balaton.
The apartment size doesn’t match the photos, especially the bathroom is really small. The bedsheets are dirty. Would not stay the second time. The owners were also very unfriendly.

The property was located close to the center and the beach. The house was good with a modern interior. The room had A/C, TV set, fridge, microwave and a water-boiler, adequate storage and basic equipment on top of the bed. Plenty parking places on property.
This room was a small one upstairs, resulting in limited headspace and floor area. Unfortunately the walls were thin, noise from other rooms (e.g. running a tap) could easily be heard. Despite having a fridge and a microwave there were no plates and cutlery. The shower could use a caddy.

Perfect location with possibility of parking. The room was absolutely clean and comfy. Even the side bed was very nice to sleep on!

Thoughtfully updated room. Bathroom rivals a 4 star hotel. Excellent air conditioning. Plenty of space inside and the terrace is great for entertaining. Gated parking lot is a huge plus. The couple who owns the location were wonderful and made travelers all the way from the US feel comfortable and at home during our stay. Given all the above, this is an excellent value and we would stay again without question.
Downside of being close to the shops and restaurants by the beach is the street can be busy with both cars and passers-by. Train crossing is also about a block away. Some may find that less than ideal, but regardless, with the windows closed, neither is a big issue.

Best location in Siofok, close to the lake and all places of interest. Rooms are nice and spacious, specially the ones with big terrace on the front. Staff was very welcoming.
