Clean, well-equipped apartment near the water with private parking.
The payment process was untransparent and problematic. Paying by card carried an additional 3% surcharge, despite card payment fees being prohibited from being passed on to consumers under Hungarian regulations. The owner offered a bank transfer instead, initially pushing strongly for an instant transfer (which only works for local HUF transactions), though a few minutes later they offered a standard transfer as well. Although the original reservation was priced in EUR, the host converted the amount using an exchange rate from 10 days prior, the highest, most favorable rate for them in the last 5 months, and subsequently rounded the final HUF total up to the nearest thousand.

Apartment is really clean, with everything u need for a short stay.
Maybe for some people can be a problem, that u can hear trains passing nearby (it wasn't a problem for us at all).
