the location
the tiles were dirty and there were a lot of spiderweb in the room. on the last day the bathroom ran out of hot water. there were no words about the owner. they live in the ground floor. for us, it was way too close connection.

The location was fantastic! The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was decent and clean. The air conditioner was extremely good. The bed was pretty comfortable.
Word of warning, it's not possible to pay with a credit card. As long as one knows that fact ahead of time, it's not that much of an issue. The wifi was also rather unreliable, it caused me some issues for my online meetings. Additionally, the shower turned cold suddenly while I was showering, not sure why.
