Good location, next to thermal baths, restaurants around, comfortable bed. Spa and massage in the hotel were okay. Fast check-in/check-out process, our room was ready way before the official check-in time, which was great.
Very thin walls, we could almost hear how our neighbours were breathing :) would be great to have more isolation in the rooms. I’d also improve breakfast a bit, sometimes basic things like tomato and butter were missing.

Location is excellent, very close to the thermal spa and to the main street with most of the Harkany restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The room was clean, not to the extreme though. The bed has one of the best hotel mattresses I have used, it is very firm.
The room has spiders in most of the corners, which nobody removes. The cleaning ladies filled toilet paper and shampoos on regular basis, but hardly touched anything else at all. For example, the beds were never made during our stay. The breakfast contained dry bread (probably from yesterday) and it is completely the same every day which can be boring on longer periods. The a la carte restaurant operates only until 8.30 pm.

Hotel is very nice designed and equipped.
I`ve liked wellness&spa area the most!
Rooms are spacious and clean, staff friendly.
I didn`t like the fact that there is no possibility to exchange money at the reception.
Breakfast could be better - with more fresh fruit and vegetables.
