Wonderful
The hotel is clean, the stuff verry kind and helpfull. It has his private parking that is free of charge and we could left our car there after we checked out.
I will come again for shure.

I have booked Hotel Well for my parents but due some techical issues they offered the accomodation in Hotel Korona since the owner is the same. I personally didn't expect anything exeptional since the Hotel is a 3 star hotel but the hotel exceeded the expectation of my parents. Recepcionist were polite and can speak Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian. Instead of room with three beds they offered a suite with two bedrooms and two balconies. It was really clean and comfortable and it was hot inside. The breakfast was also very nice. Location of the hotel is just across the spa and there is a free parking in front of the hotel too. They allowed them to leave a car on the hotel parking after the check out. For the three star hotel this for sure was a great value for money. Will come to Hotel Well or Hotel Korona again for sure!

The man at the reception is extremely kind and helpful.
There was no hot water, the fridge didn't work, since 21:00 the heating has not been working, the padlock is on the radiator.

Good location, they have their own safe parking. Rooms are not renovated recently, but everything is functioning. Overall, good value for the money.
Stuff is friendly but they don't know a word of English. Breakfast is pretty poor. Wi-fi in the room poor quality. Heating did not worked in the evening amd early in the morning. I stayed in December for two days.

Great location within a short walk of the water park and thermal spa in the centre of Harkany. Staff very accommodating with 24 hour reception available for very late check-in and helping answer questions about the local area in English. The inclusive breakfast was simple yet tasty - covering the basics with a range of bread, cereals, cold meats, scrambled eggs, salad vegetables, fruit, juices, dispensed coffees, teas.
Room had plenty of room, a balcony with an ok view. Bed was comfy and clean. Plenty of storage space for hanging up clothes and organising. There was a safe (but I didn't use it) and an unstocked mini-fridge which was handy. Bathroom was spacious too. Plenty of off road car parking space.
Hotel is just off the main roads surrounding the spa. Public transport hub for buses along with a market and convenience store was just a 10-15 minute walk away.
Very little to complain about! If I had to be very nit-picky, the worst thing was probably just some of the bathroom looked a little tired with small cracks in the basin for example but it was clean and functional. The area immediately around the hotel has a few abandoned hotels which makes it a little unattractive but nothing too bad.
Also for English language travellers: staff during my 2 night stay had limited to no ability to communicate in English, however they were patient and we could use translation services on a phone to help.
