Very comfortable and spatious rooms. Free entrance to a big hotel pool and spa area, including different saunas and salt room. Various games including game table at the reception. There is also a playroom for children. Kind staff, delicious food. And it is next to Harkany Thermal spa. The whole family enjoyed the stay!

The buffet was quite good, local food and various options. We got live music for the dinner at Valentine's Day. You have so much things to do, such as Wellness and the Bowling in the arcade building for the night activities.
The water for the Wellness could be more warm. The TV at the room had many problem with the connection. It would have been better if children were not allowed into the wellness after a certain time so that the late bathing would be quiter.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Good food.
Name of the hotel is misleading. This is not a thermal hotel, but just a hotel. Price is ridiculously high for what the hotel offeres. We were tricked by the hotel name and we shall never return.

Everything was fine. The food, the staff, the facilities were just fine.
There was some smell coming from the bathroom drain, and the staff was discussing their complaints and private affairs in front of the guests. No biggies, but not what I'd expect t.

Nice hotel. Polite staff. Clean and cozy room. The restaurant has a variety of food for all tastes.
But... it's strange that the hotel is called Thermal. Guided by the word Thermal, I booked this hotel, hoping that I would be able to use healing water in the pool at the hotel. However, there is no thermal water in the hotel. The hotel's swimming pool has tap water. Such advertising is false and it is better to correct it.

Food, location, spacious room, parking lot. Warm water in swimming pool.
Overall very pleasant stay in this hotel.
Towels are being changed on the 3rd day.
