Polite staff, close to city center, nice interior parking (sad they don't use the interior space a bit better for guests), nice balcony but overview of the car park
Old rundown feeling with desperate needing a modernisation, AC only if you ask reception to turn it on and off (never seen that before) and they literally send someone to come to ypur room with the remote, poor choice of breakfast and veeeery bad coffee and no water for breakfast, very expensive for what they offer (almost not worth half of what they actually charge) but it should be noted that I was probably because i visited in peak season

Cute little hotel, good value for money. We appreciated spacious room and toilet, good water pressure, good WiFi, private free parking, vicinity of several restaurants. Also Harkany spa entrance is 520m from the hotel, and spa exit is on 270m. Very good location. We intend to visit again.

the location is excellent. 5-7 minutes to the thermal springs and shops 2-3 minutes on foot.
we took half board. dinner included three courses. with such large portions for dinner, you can not have breakfast or lunch
the air conditioning was not working in the room. there is only a floor fan
