The room was big, bed is comfortable, and staff was very professional.
A food was so bad, also there was not enough food and drinks for every guest.

The location is just perfect. Not far from the thermal spa, walking distance, but located in a beautiful park, away from the restaurants and bars. There was a very fresh smell in the lobby, like White Tea smell, it was very clean and spotless. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, speaking good English. We asked for the room with two beds, so she made sure that we get what we asked for. The room was very bright, good size, with a balcony. The bathroom was just big enough, with a big shower. All the furniture is from Ikea, which we liked a lot. Also there is a small fridge which is really handy especially in the summer months. The breakfast was very good with a discreet music in the background. We will come back definitely if in Harkany region again.
The only thing that was missing is some kind of soap. There was no toiletry items in the bathroom just a toilet paper.

The hotel is surrounded by trees, location is peaceful. It's clean and quite comfortable. Free parking.
The air conditioner wasn't working properly. Breakfast was good but the food selection could be better.

Breakfast selection was good. Only coffee could be better.
Room was facing park behind the hotel. It was dark all day and very cold. We had rainy days with low temperatures and they did not heat at all so I got sick. Since no heating towels nor bathing suite did not dry so had to take it wet next day to the spa. All clothes were kind of wet as well. Mattress in the bed was very soft so my back got fixed after first night. Tried to turn it up side down and it was better. Also the main hotel door remained unlocked all day long and as there was staff at the reception only few hours in the morning anybody could enter hotel any time. Some guests were leaving room key at the reception during the day... Meaning anybody could take keys and walk in their room. Unsafe hotel. As I got sick here we decided to leave one night early even it was paid. This stay was a huge disappointment for me. I will never ever stay at this hotel again.

Pleasant hotel with a nice view of the arboretum and nature all around, and not too far from the spa. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Great place to relax.
The heating in the room was not sufficient, and you have to run the water for several minutes to warm it up. We were a bit cold during the night, but that's only a small inconvenience.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is located in a beautiful park. The staff welcomed us with Croatian language and positive energy. The brekfast was lovely as well.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was really nice. Location of the hotel was great, peaceful and calm place.
At night it was cold in the room. Also, the type of meat was not marked, since we do not eat pork it was the biggest problem.
