The nautical theme is very pleasing. I think this qualifies as a boutique hotel - so much friendlier than a Hilton or Sheraton.

Old hotel, without elevator, we got an apartment with interior stairs made of wood, a nightmare in the night to go through,?. The rooms were big. The hotel it's about 10 minutes walk from the agreement area and aqua park.

The interior design is so beautiful. Big rooms with big windows. Nice spa that you can book for yourself.
The AC didn't work peoperly when outside were 37 degrees.
The bathroom ventilator was very loud.

The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and warm in the room.
The breakfast was tasty, not many options but enough and good quality.
The decor and the location are also a plus.
The staff was nice.
The idea of having the jacuzzi reserved just for us was nice, but since our reservation was in the evening the water was already pretty filthy, maybe it would be good having it checked and cleaned in the afternoon as well.

The hotel is excellent. The staff are good and friendly. They're all professionals.
The squeaky sound of wood at family room when walking upstairs:) I guess nothing much can be done on this one.

The hotel is at a very good location, right in the city center. We liked its internal decoration, the ship theme. Everything looked perfect and clean. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful both at the reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Our room was a double decker, very comfortable and clean.

Location very central in the city, very good restaurant and excellent pastry shop belonging to the hotel, wellness facilities were exclusively reserved for us (2 hours) without extra payment
Hotel couldn't provide sauna sheets, no head rest in the sauna, bathrobes are not included in the room rate.

The hotel was ok, interesting interior. The staff was friendly, the check in and out was swift. The place is on the main square, close to the spa.
