Very Good
The rooms were very clean. - The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating. - Each bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, so plenty of room to sleep if you have kids, for example. - The host was nice and friendly. - Parking space in front of the yard.
The apartment with 2 bedrooms is not actually an apartment, but a whole floor with two separate rooms, an external bathroom and an external kitchen. So the "living room" is actually the stairway hall and you don't have any privacy when staying there, you can hear everyone else's noise and everyone can come visit your room. - The host does not speak English at all, which makes the communication difficult.

Exceptional
Very pleased with this choice! From host, to location, cleanliness, facilities, everything was as expected. Big rooms, comfortable beds, bathroom with shower and bath tub, well equipped kitchen, lovely terrace, parking inside and outside the gates, window shutters, tv in every bedroom (with local channels), very quiet street, close to all amenities, Airport and the Aqua Parc, just 20 km to Debrecen Aquaticum, lots of restaurants and night life (some with live music) just 1 mile walking distance. Lovely host who tried to help with everything she could. Recommended for families with children, too. Very satisfied customer and would definitely return when possible.
