Nice location, clean and decent room size with a terrace.
Good food but it used to be great...
Free parking.
The beds were not good, old and very soft mattresses with a slim topper.
Can be unpleasant if there's noise from the hallway or the room next door.

I liked their reception staff. Very helpful and welcoming. The area is good and free guest parking available. The food is quite good at the restaurant, however, there is still room for improvement.
The bathrooms in the top-floor rooms are not very comfortable. Renovation in the rooms would make them look and smell fresher.

Good location. Parking on site. Breakfasts are included in the room rate. Spacious room with two bedrooms. Balconies with mosquito net. Friendly staff.

Large parking place, large room. The room was at the ground floor, which helped us with our small child. Good continental breakfast, close to the Aqua Palace.
Bad English of staff, they only told us that we have to pay cash when we were already leaving.

balcony railings are danger for little babies/walking children on the top floors, also dead end at the corridor/above steps where are placed boxwood decoration are low, very risky, air condition unit worked loud in some places, not much space for legs while sitting on the toilet can be problematic for tall (too big radiator attached on the wall), fill spring on the matrass

The staff was nice, location was very good, rooms were nice and clean. One of the best breakfasts that we had during our trips.
They only accept cash and finding and ATM can take some time.
