Hotel location, attentiveness and kindness of staff, fast elevators, hotel programs, children's playhouse, indoor and outdoor pools.
We stayed in a suite that overlooked the roof of the restaurant, huge pipes, sometimes noise and sometimes I could smell onions, which could have come from the restaurant's kitchen. The living room of the suite cannot be used as a bed, the plastic clips of the blackout curtains that run in the rail were broken in several places, so it was impossible to sleep at dawn from the incoming sunlight. The paid parking lot has a cracked concrete surface, not exactly an environment befitting a four-star hotel. If you want to carry your many bags up from the parking lot, they provide a luggage cart, but it is impossible to push it up the ramp because the slope is too steep.
The restaurant's food selection and quality is about 6 out of 10. For example, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were never cooked enough, they looked soggy. Of the four coffee machines in the restaurant, I counted, only about half worked and brewed terrible quality coffee. The olive oil the restaurant put out in plastic bottles was of pomace quality, which is only for cooking, not for salads or direct food seasoning.

The hotel is nice, right in the center, the room is renovated, spacious and with a beautiful view. The breakfast and dinner were good, with plenty of variety. The spa has lots of amenities but...
Sunday, at noon, they took everyone out of the indoor adventure pool, telling that is closed due to planned maintenance. Sunday. At 12:30 sharp. With no warning or previous announcement whatsoever, neither from Booking or reception or hotel site, at that time. And then, they started drilling and replacing tiles from the spa so the interior pool and the thermal bath became undesirable due to noise. That is a lack of consideration and respect for guests. For us, it was our first and last time at this hotel.

Rooms are quite small but clean , we didn’t had cleaning service ( beds to be change or fresh towels), during our 3 days stay, the outdoor swimming pool was not ready and one inside swimming pool was under construction.

The hotel is very modern and clean. Food was fantastic and the spa is exactly the right size for a hotel like this. Location is very good, close to the Aquapark.

Location is pretty central to everything and anything in town , but that is pretty much all I could brag about .
Horrible smell in our expensive suite from day one .
Made multiple complaints with no remedies on sight .
Food was...ehhh..
All you can eat for breakfast and all you can eat for dinner.
We enjoyed the breakfast food , but the dinner was pretty much all the same , even occasionally leftovers from previous dinner.
Low quality for a hotel that claims to have 4 ? stars .

I reserved a half board meal (breakfast & dinner) booking and I think the hotel doesn't have an "all inclusive" option AND YES I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS SOMETIMES IN SOME RESORTS DOESN'T INCLUDE DRINKS during meals, but most hotels at least provide water for both breakfast and dinner. This hotel DID PROVIDE WATER, COFFEE (quite good and variate) and some juices (not natural but still good I appreciated the gesture) BUT ONLY FOR BREAKFAST. For dinner they didn't even provide water, you had to buy everything extra... I mean SERIOUSLY a water dispenser can't be expensive and also I doubt that you'll get rich while not providing water. Most hotels I stayed in even had water dispersing machines on their hallways ?. The only reason I didn't dropped 2 stars directly for this is BECAUSE LIKE I'VE SAID THE BREAKFAST drinks were ok. So I said, ok I will leave 4*....but then this happened:
In my 2nd to last evening after dinner, I ordered some cocktails, a beer, and a 0.75L flat watter, OFCOURSE I PAYED EXTRA for all of them INCLUDING the 0.75 flat watter bottle that you can find to buy in stores.... I wanted that bottle (it was a glass bottle with a big mouth) because I thought it was good for me to store water and water my plants/flowers back home. So after we drank the watter I WANTED TO TAKE THE EMPTY BOTTLE THAT I PAYED FOR with me and use it like I've said....
Almost no one spoke english. They didn't serve free water during dinner (they had no all inclusive option) I had a half board breakfast+dinner. Most hotels have water disperses seriously it's not like givin whiskey or natural juices. They did have decent drinks during breakfast (coffee, water, some juices (not natural)).

It is a family hotel catering with families with small kids...
Staff is overworked... elevators inefficient... lighting needs improvement and echo is disturbing in the enclosed pools building... rooms are basic and relatively small

We liked the spa very much, the thermal pool, the food, the location very close to the main Thermal Place, the beds were really comfortable.
the wifi on level 1 was very poor in the room
I would have liked more bakery at breakfast
We had to change the room because of an air conditioning trouble.
Except for the receptionist and the bartender nobody spoke english.
There was no coffee or tea inside the room, only some of the rooms have this facility.
