It wasn't the first time in this hotel, but the tradition, spirit, cleaning, facilities, rooms, and food were kept on the good way. I will come again with pleasure.

November 26, 2023 stay at the Aqua Sol hotel for 4 nights. Received room no. 139 is an old room unsuitable for accommodation. As soon as we received this room, we asked to change to another room, but the receptionist told us that there were no rooms available. The floor in the room was damaged and dirty, the tap in the bathroom was broken and, as it later turned out, the toilet flush was broken. In the evening of the same day, we reported faults in the bathroom and this time the receptionist suggested we change the room to 136. We did not change the room because we were already unpacked and very tired, so we waited until the next day and then the mechanic made the repairs. Room no. 139 is the last room in the corridor on the first floor. It is dilapidated, has dirty walls and dusty curtains, and the window is difficult to open. We were treated badly by the receptionist who did not change our room despite our requests immediately after check-in. I would like to mention that we have stayed at the Aqua Sol hotel many times before. Now we will consider whether to use the services of this hotel. The hotel is not new, but the room is no. 139 should not be made available and requires renovation.

The food was very good,hospitallity the same,a lot of opportunity for childrens,was very clean everywhere,

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were amazing with children.
Rooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobes.
Easy access to spa and outdoor pools as well as right in the centre of the evening Entertainments outside. We had our rooms on the street side (very noisy) but as soon as we closed the balcony door it was very quiet in the room.
Was a surprise to know we had to pay extra for the slides which we thought was included. Next time I will double check any add on with the hotel directly.
Disabled bathroom was tricky to keep clean but after we asked for a mop (keep in the bathroom throughout our stay) that was ok.
Not the hotel’s fault but would never book another massage there. Wellness staff are not friendly, not a smile at all but looking miserable. Also my 60 min was cut short by 10min. It killed the feel altogether.
