Clean room , very good food, staff not very good. Very hard to comunicate with staff. They only speak Hungarian. Only the front desk person speaks English.

The food and the wellness facilities were nice.
We stayed two nights, however, the second afternoon/evening neither the sauna nor the steam cabin worked. We reported the problem to the staff but they told us that they could not do anything. And we weren't offered any compensation for paying for a service that we did not get.

The hotel have several swimming pools, the water is wonderful for health regardless of age, cleanliness, very nice staff, quite good food
The room was a little older for my taste, but we arrived late and there was nothing else available

Location , the hotel it’s located in the best area
right in the Centrum the hotel it self very elegant rooms are very big and comfortable I would
recommend to others also breakfast and dinner was excellent delicious
Unfortunately I experienced among the hotel’s
personnel more specific at the bar the person
wasn’t kind more like she was rude she needs to practice kindness, I would rate her an F

The open terrace, all the pools, the lavender and the greenery, the soft music and the food at the terrace. And of course the thermal water that is amazing.
The cleaning can be better, although open spaces like the sliding roof are difficult to be maintained.

Size of the rooms, outside bar with coctails.
Limited choice of food, not tasty, waiters unfriendly (maybe due to lack od English), stains on sofa, gym of 4 square meters.

The location was in the middle of the town which is very good. Dinner & breakfast were very delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. We could park the car in the hotel's parking lot.
The room could be cleaner. The bathroom looked a bit outdated, although it was functional and clean.
