The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, and the property exceeds all expectations! The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, and the location is absolutely perfect – close to pools, shops, and restaurants. A big plus is the underground parking, which makes the stay even more convenient. However, keep in mind that larger cars might have difficulty accessing the underground garage, but the owner immediately came up with a great alternative solution. With its comfort, cleanliness, and fantastic location, this property is the perfect choice for a stay!

We rented 3 apartments. Each were recently updated, very clean, and comfortable. The kitchenettes were well equipped and a huge bonus especially when travelling with children. The location was excellent. The owner was very nice and welcoming. I would be staying here again.
Upon arrival, we were a bit confused by the location of the property and the entrance to the garage. Once we called the main number however, a couple minutes later the owner showed up and guided us to the building. No big deal but I can see how people can get frustrated.

Very nice host. Everything was good!!!
Location close to the spa, room was big and clean, bathrooms ok, kitchen great!
The host was very understanding with the arrival and the depature time. We left early in the morning and he was very nice to come at that early hour.
No internet connection, even if the host gave us the network name and the password. ...or maybe our phones were to old..i dont know...but was ok, cause we had internet at the spa

The location is GREAT, you just have to cross the street and you are in front the Aqua Palace and Thermal Pools. Close to restaurants and market places.
We rented one of the apartments on the ground floor, we had 2 rooms with a lot of sleeping places (enough for 5 people). The bathroom is austrian style (shower and sink are in one room and toilet in another).
The kitchen is part of one room, basic and small but enough for a 3 night stay.
there is also a small terrace but preferably to use in summer.
We really enjoyed the underground parking, it is a plus in a city where you have to pay parking and it is quite busy.
The host speaks english and is very helpfull and nice.
Maybe I would have liked to have a small chair or a bench in the dormitory to place the clothes and luggage. But we used the dryer ?
