the room was very nice with the balcony but it's winter so didn't use it. Staff were very accommodating especially as I was only one staying there. room was warm and comfortable.

Only the location, close to the pools.
The building makes a good impression from the outside, but inside the charm breaks. The room you enter is also the dining room, the dirty tablecloths on the tables make a bad impression. Furnishings very shabby, torn. Stairs lined with torn carpet, you can trip over. Rooms (we rented 2 rooms for 2 nights) very small, no air conditioning, carpet very stained, generally dirty. The bathroom was unfortunately not clean either. At night you could hear noise from the pool water filtration system located under the window, it did not let you sleep. The staff did not see this as a problem. I will definitely not go back there.

Disappointing
Not much to like! Located near the spa. Off-road parking. Cheap price.
Impossible to ventilate the room & keep it cool. Room never serviced throughout my stay. Staff rarely seen , except to replenish breakfast items - and then, no smiles or friendliness. We were only allowed to eat breakfast at 8am, but the food was put out over 30 mins earlier, so juice was warm & eggs congealed.

Food was good and it was pretty clean. The location is good as it's near the aqua palace.
The was no heating. They gave us an electric heater but it wasn't enough and it was only in the room, so the bathroom was cold. And it's not sound proof.
