good hotel, with thermal facilities & diverse food menu
the hotel is located in the city cemter.but the city itself.prety quiet & not much to do outsode the thermal bath ; possibly to be more vivily in summer

Good food, a lot of amenities inside the hotel, kids play room, lobby bar, bowling and biliards.
Old design and doors that don't close in the room, no room amenities provided. The towels were stained and dirty.

We enjoyed that there was a good restaurant inside of the hotel and also very nice entertainment like the swimming pools, the bar and the bowling. We had a good time there this winter.
The washroom needs some renovation. It was dated and the layout couldn't help much.

The location, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the food. The pools are well maintained. The staff is always present around the pools. The place is spacious and airy. .

Cleanliness and care of the personnel for keeping it clean in all spaces from the hotel (rooms, spa, halls, restaurant) is highly appreciated. The half-board meals are very generous, many choices of dishes. In the evening, live music (oldies but goldies) accompany the customers to enjoy their dinner. Spa facilities are clean, inside and outside, care for customers from personnel is continuous. The parking for the car is paid at the end on the bill along with tourist tax, but is reasonable. The view from upstairs in the balcony over the walkaway of the city is very beautiful. Congratulations to the management of this hotel, for sure we'll come again next time!

Worth taking the half board, plenty of tasty options. Large and safe parking (extra charge). 5-7 minutes of walking to the main entrance of the spa. Family friendly.
