Good location, close to the Hungarospa.
On the morning of the day we were supposed to check-in, the host called us saying there was a technical issue with our room and that they would give us a room at a partner location. When we arrived, the host was taking care of other guests and the parking was full of cars (wasn't our room available because of techical issues or because it was booked for somebody else?). Then the host took us to the partner location, but first we paid the room at the Aurum Family Hotel. They gave us a discount of 10% for messing up. The new locarion was at Admiralis Panzio, in a house pretty creepy at the back of the yard, without any gate, so everyone could enter. At a first glance the room seemed ok (not that ok as the initial room from Angyal Panzio), the furniture quite neat but it didn't have any air conditioning, when outside there were 38°C. It had a fan so we thought it will work. In the evening, when we came back to the room and started the fan it didn't work anymore. We accepted the room as we didn't have other options, just to cancel our vacation as other accommodations were sold out. I would have never booked this room at Admiralis Panzio if I'd seen it on Booking.com. We tried to contact the hosts by messages but they didn't respond for the whole period of our stay. One morning there was a man who was mowing the loan and we told him about the fan problem. He said he will call his boss but nobody came to fix the fan. So keep in mind that such "surprises" might happen to you if you book a room at Angyal Panzio.

Wonderful
The room was big, clean, and very cozy. The location is great.
The Parking - It's almost impossible to get out of the parking when there are several cars parked because the access street is extremely tight. You can also park directly on the street as well, but you need to pay for the parking by yourself. The bathroom's sink was slightly clogged.

The location of the hotel is jist opposite to the aquapark. Limited but free parking. The room was ok, nicely design.
Top froor is high, walking up with kids was difficult. Limited parking, lining up next to the wall (relying on the other family to move their car every time if you wanted to leave). Needed to pay extra for air conditioning when the weather was extrem, 38C.
