Overall this was a good stay. We had to book last minute so only had the choice of a large 6 person room for 2 of us. The accommodation was clean, of a decent size and spacious. The room was not cheap so this immediately raised our expectations and we were not disappointed. You will find better places in Gyula and you will certainly find worse places in Gyula but overall I would recommend a stay at the Central Panzio.
Mattress was very comfortable. Hard - just how we like it!
Location is great. Right next to Skorpio Pizza and right in the centre of Gyula.
Breakfast - This is over the road at the Komlo hotel. It was a bit hit and miss. Some days breakfast was a bit meh, other days it was very good.
Good coffee machine - with freshly ground coffee beans.
Lack of outdoor space. However, we booked knowing this was the situation
Shower - It is part of a large corner bath but there is no way to prevent the water flooding the bathroom. Needs some sort of shower curtain.
