The place is wonderfully decorated with attention to the smallest details, everything is clean and creates a relaxed atmosphere, the room is excellent, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast was rich and contained a very large selection of healthy food.

A charming hotel in an excellent location — just a short walk from Eger’s Old Town, yet on a quiet street.
The room was spotless, well equipped, and very comfortable.
The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful; special thanks to Marien and her mother for their warm hospitality and great restaurant tips.
Free parking was a nice bonus, and breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice.
Highly recommended for a stay in Eger.

The breakfast far exceeded expectations. My wife is very particular. She said that the breakfest here was among the best she could remember ever having, anywhere. I agree. Healthy options abounded. Fruit and vegetables were fresh and delicious. Multiple tasty cheeses. Shots of a healthy handmixed energy drink. Vegan options.
The staff exceeded expectations. They clearly cared about their customers and the health of their customers. When we needed a taxi (4 times over one day), they summoned them for me. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff.
Our room was very clean, and a little larger than expected (for a studio).
About 7 minute walk to farmers market, and 10 minutes to major town sites (eg Dobo Square).
We liked the dogs, all of whom were well-behaved.
Nothing that was outside of expectations. Description of room was accurate. Though we didn't like it, AS EXPECTED we had to carry our luggage up one floor to our room.

Had an excellent overnight stay at the Margareta Garden. Lovely breakfast, including local cheese and homemade tabouli. Easy quick walk into the town center for sights and restaurants. Would recommend!

Perfect property. Well kept. Great design of interiors. Greta breakfast.
I did not know that owners allow their dogs to browse unretarined on the property. if you are not comfortable with large dogs, stay away from this property.

The rooms are well equipped, modern and clean. We felt extremely welcome and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and provided individual and excellent service.
The breakfast is fantastic and again individually composed according to our wishes. One of the best hotels I have been.
