Property is split across multiple buildings, in a campus style - this is not reference anywhere on the property listing.
The AC is weak, and very loud. If your room is on the second floor/attic, it’s extremely warm. There is no lift to take your luggage to the room in the outer buildings.
Food at breakfast is basic, poor quality and cheap. Skip on the breakfast. Coffee is weak too.

I enjoyed my entire stay from the check-in with the friendly nd beautiful women, the clean and comfortable room, and the overall setting. I am very pleased with the whole stay.
Guests should be told to not take two or three parking spaces, since others are using it as well. Especially since we have to pay for the parking.

The breakfast was great! There were many tasty options to choose from. We also enjoyed the wellness section with my friends, it was lovely!
The changing room at the wellness section was pretty small and with all the lockers and the crowd it was a bit difficult to find the right time to shower and go to the toilet because there is only one shower and only one toilet there. I assume that this is because most of the guests just go back to their rooms to change and take a shower but since we were there after the checkout, this was no longer an option for us. However, we loved the fact that we could benefit from the wellness section even after the checkout until noon that day. So, overall, it was a great experience!

The location is nice and quiet, a ten minute walk from the Valley. The restaurant of the hotel is nice and the breakfast was great!
I didn't like that the robes weren't waiting in the room and I had to go to the spa in jeans to get the robe, but that's really a small thing.

Almost everything was perfect. Beautiful surroundings, great wellness, delicious halfboard, clean, big room, nice staff, we had very good time.
We had very bad bed, the matraces were too soft, crawled, so we didnt sleep well for both nights.
Our and nextdoor room had only locked door between each othera, so we heard everything.
And the swimming pool is cold. So almost noone was swimming.

Very nice, clean, and wellness is close to the room.
I really didnt like bed ?...this is the only thing I didnt like. When you are couple, you cant snuggle because bed is made of two seperate single beds and its not tightened together ?

The room was spacious and comfortable. All the meals were very delicious. We often visit similar hotels, but here the food was truly outstanding.
As it was a long weekend and frequented time for holiday, there were too many people in the wellness. It was a bit difficult to relax like this, but it is not the hotel's fault.
