The location is good and there is free private parking.
Breakfast was acceptable with a fairly good variety, but there was no warm milk next to the coffee. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. Apart from the bed linen and towels, nothing else in the room seemed clean. Everything was old and poorly maintained. The walls were full of cobwebs and spiders. The fridge was dirty both inside and outside, and the handle area was crawling with small bugs. The closet shelves were dusty and had hair on them. The bathroom had no window or proper ventilation, the light switches were sticky with dirt, and the curtains were filthy.

Great central location. Easy walk to the thermal spas & pools, old townsquare & good restaurants. Good parking. The hotel is very lovely & charming looking with a romantic courtyard. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The staffs are so nice & speak good English. I highly recommend ?

The owner and hotel managers were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very cute; the room was lovely and roomy; and the breakfast area was beautiful. Finally, the best thing about the hotel was the price. It was very inexpensive and included breakfast!
The bathroom connected to the room was up 3 steep stairs. I was worried about going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. None of us fell, but it was a bit worrisome for people over 60.

Wonderful
Staff was excellent. We were able to park in a covered courtyard only 40 m from the front door to the hotel. The back garden off of my room was very nice, and could be viewed from the breakfast room too. The room was a bit small, but the aircon functioned very well, important in 34 C heat! Bathroom was also very nice, small but convenient. Great shower cabin that kept the water in the shower. WiFi was excellent, and I stream a lot. Overall, I give this hotel very high marks.
The only disadvantage was a very long stairway, as there is no lift. But my friends had a room on the ground floor, so they didn't have to lug their bags. My bags were lugged for me by my friends after I hurt my knee on a previous stop. The front desk guy this morning helped bring my bags down. Staff was excellent--very helpful.

Breakfast good variety. Terrific, convenient location. Responsive staff. Old facility with some renovations but in need of more fixing up.
Room was quiet, bed was good and firm. Good table to sit at for laptop to research local activities, places.

6 minute walk to bus station to spend a thoroughly relaxing half day at Saliris resort's thermal baths.
Bathroom good size but inconvenient; tub with showerhead but no shower curtain; no shelves, hooks or drawers to put things. Sink shelf was tilted.
We had top floor room #24 up 4 flights of stairs; we are fit but some might not like so many stairs, especially carrying luggage up/down.
Bedroom in #24 had small window so limited sunlight and air was slightly stuffy.

Absolutely Fabulous! I was delighted by the welcome and other Reception staff.
i had asked for a quiet room and was to my delight given one at the rear with a small balcony overlooking their genuine garden and seats. ( not just a seat & a plant!)
The weather was hot so it was refreshingly cool sitting with the balcony door open or in the garden. Aircon was excellent as was their standard of cleaning
I could not have wished for a better location
Just a few steps from the centre. 6-7 to the railway and slightly longer to the castle/citadel which, trust me is excellent and you need a few hours.
The room as was the whole hotel well designed with best quality materials and finish.
The breakfast room overlooking the tree canopy was lovely with an excellent choice for breakfast.
