The front garden, the house, and the garden at the back of the house.
If you are just passing through, it is a good place close to the city center, and the value for money is good. From the room where we stayed, the tram could be heard passing even with the window closed, and the room was quite cold, considering that our stay was on December 22. Most disappointing of all were the bathroom towels, which were very old and had an unpleasant smell. We also stayed with our dog, for whom we paid an additional fee of €15.

Wow, what a hidden gem this little hotel is! It's directly on the 59 tram line up in the 12th district, amongst trees and well outside the tourist bustle. It's a beautiful old villa with retro 90s rooms that only add to the charm. I loved that this is maybe the only hotel I've ever stayed at that had burgundy towels. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet, with kettle, tea/coffee and mini-fridge. Bathroom was spacious and well-lit. Excellent value, I'd stay here again!

Great location, not far away from the city center bit in a quiet neighborhood. Tram in proximity. Beautiful building, spacious room.
A bit outdated interior, no air conditioning, breakfast very simple. I personally missed fresh fruit and fresh orange juice.

Everything is great. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable. The rooms are quiet, the windows open for ventilation. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms - this is a big plus.
The billiards in the lobby are just part of the interior. When we were there, breakfasts were not offered.

It was clean and warm. Pleasant and friendly staff.
Seems like walls are made with paper. There is no sound proof at all. If someone is having a shower in the neighbor room or upper floor, there is a very loud noise from the water or pipes. It’s not possible to get asleep and have a rest. You hear everything, how someone closes the shower cabin doors, blowing nose and other stuff. Facilities are quite poor.
