The apartment was lovely. Clean, full of light and comfortable. Csaba was a great host and our stay was lovely and pleasant.
The building itself is quite interesting being an old mill, has mini gallery on the ground floor with security there all the time. The car was safely parked at the garage as the host provided us with a parking spot.
Overall, great experience and would come back anytime when we are planning to stay in Budapest.

We had a very nice stay. The Host is super welcoming. Easy parking in the building (extra charge).
It would be nice if there is a curtain in bathroom, so you don't have to sit while taking a shower. But that's cherry picking.

It's a peaceful location with a good connection to downtown. The apartment is spacious, with a high ceiling. The elevator also relieves us with luggage. The host is fast in responding.
1) There is no real air-conditioner. It's rather a cooling fan with a pipe extending to the balcony. It's definitely not enough to cool the apartment down during the hot month.
2) We were asked to pay the full amount IN CASH because we booked "last second". It did bother us to withdraw and carry cash around just for the ease of the host.
3) We had to buy almost everything to cook since there was almost nothing in the kitchen. We also had to buy detergent for the washing machine. The sponge for cleaning dishes was old and kind of disgusting.
4) The couch is old, and it needs proper cleaning - probably impossible for this type.

Great place to stay. Away from busy city centre but easy access with trams. Well set out unit with everything you need for self catering if you want. Supermarkets close. Highly recommend.

Location was perfect, we were coming with the car and it was easy to find it. Parking is in the building (it is extra charge) which is great because you can feel safe about the car and not worry where to park. Building is great and quite, apartment is really big and beautiful, with a great view, comfortable bed, two bathrooms, heating…Everything we needed for a great weekend in Budapest :)

Lovely stay here, host is very welcoming & friendly, easy check in. Amazing balcony, fantastic location, everything you need is so easy to get to you have all public transports links nearby, but you can also walk along the riverfront. The bed was a bit too firm for me, but still super comfy. I would highly recommend this place
Aircon is apparently centralized and was not switched on at the end of May even through temperature was over 27 degrees. I am used to cold weather so it was hard for me to get to sleep, but still manageable. Card payment would have been also good.

Apartment is a nice, clean, spacious loft-style apartment in a quieter part of town that’s well served by the tram, not too far from the metro, and a short walk to the river. The host was great and even went out of his way to help us when we accidentally left some clothes behind after checking out. Would definitely stay again.
All open plan was difficult with a family in the evenings.

The appartment is huge and comfy
2 toilets a big bonus
Location not in city centre but shops and bus/tram stops round the corner
Reccomend
Only low point is lack of cooking essentials like salt, pepper, oil.
Shower gel , shampoo and soap would also be a must have for 5 star property
