Amazing location, right on the Basilica square. The room had a great view towards the church and the square. It was a good last minute deal.
It was noisy during the night, up until 4am. There was a problema with the main door of the building it is located at. We, and several other people, were left out until someone had to break down the lock. We had to leave the door opened during the night, since it seemed to be an electrical problem in the building and we couldn't risk being left in, since we had a very early flight.

Wonderful
The location directly in front of St. Stephen's Basilica is one of the most beautiful spots in Budapest. The plaza offers a fantastic view of the basilica's impressive architecture and creates a lively atmosphere throughout the day.

The room I paid for was very tiny, although for the location, worth the price.
We were given the wrong code, so after trying to enter the building for a while, we were only able to get in because someone else was entering. The hotel is only on one floor and although there is an in-person reception, it was not always open. The power in our room went out and we were left without light and unable to charge our phones. Despite saying there is 24/7 customer support, I would receive responses up to 2 hours later. This is quite unacceptable given there was no one on site to help. After about 30 minutes of being on the phone and having to try different ways to get the power back on, we were finally changed to a different room.

My stay in Budapest was truly memorable, and the hotel played a big part in that experience. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to major attractions, restaurants, and the beautiful Danube River. Everything I needed was just a few minutes away, which made exploring the city very convenient. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the atmosphere felt both cozy and welcoming. I especially appreciated how quiet it was at night, allowing me to rest properly after long days of sightseeing.

I still miss small towels for the hair/face. I’ve stayed here many times and mentioned that would be great to have it in the room. There is one towel for the hands, one for the floor and one for the body. I would love one extra for the face/hair please. ? otherwise I love this place!

The location and the style of the apartment was superb. The reception lady was very friendly and welcoming.
The water in shower took a long time before heating, the bed made noises, was hard to stay sleeping.

Location is perfect. You can see the beautiful basilica square right outside the room. I absolutely love staying here.

We liked the Location. The hotel is walking distance to all the tourist attractions in Pest. You find very good restaurants, cafes, bars. Even though you are in the middle of everything you can sleep well there is not so much noise.
To open the hotel room with the application is not si easy, Beatriz the manager was very helpful, once you learn then it’s a piece of cake. My bad luck was the second day the application did not work, luckily Beatriz came to the hotel and gave me a card, with that I had no problem to open the door of the room.

Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel is in a perfect location—walking distance to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The view from the room was simply breathtaking. It truly has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

The pillows were very uncomfortable. We requested two more to kinda make a good one and although the receptionist granted the request, they never added them. On the last day, The drain was nosy suddenly, like something was coming out of it , the shower flooded. We booked a courtyard view room to avoid outside noise and they gave us un upgrade too the one on the square view, which right the view is great, but we did not have nice sleep. The position, tho, is great Very close to the restaurant and attraction even on foot. The discount for the brunch place well appreciated
