the location is perfect. Many attractions can be reached easily. Tram and metro nearby.

Very Good
Great location, convenient to garage, convenience store, bakery, and public transportation. Spacious apartment, great layout, well-stocked with every convenience for a comfortable stay.
Not the best part of downtown Budapest. Dirty streets, alleyways, with graffiti, trash, and evidence of public urination or just dumping liquids are everywhere. The beautiful ornate buildings in a state of neglect.
One note with respect to checking out. We felt pressured to leave early to allow the cleaning crew to come in at 10:00 am. I expect to be informed of such expectation ahead of time, and not the morning off. Alternatively, adjust the check-out time to 10:00 to manage expectations.
Finally, international bank transfers, at least for some US bank account holders, is cumbersome. I understand the need to avoid paying the credit card transaction fee; but, the host needs to make this explicit before accepting a reservation with a credit card, only to inform the customers upon arrival of the change. We ended up paying with cash.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 days and we can say that it was really comfortable and everything was thoroughly organised from the very beginning of our stay.
The apartment has all the needed equipment and amenities: kitchen and laundry items, set of towels, bath supplies and even kids toys, games and books which was also good to have when travelling with kid.
Moreover, it was very warm in the apartment which is important in cold season.
The location in close proximity to main attractions, transport connections and shops are also available and comfy.
Highly recommended!

The apartment is arranged with refined taste,very nice and comfortable. It is very well equipped, spacious, clean and tidy. It even has different kind of toys, very interesting for kids. The host was exceptionally kind and responsive with great sense for communication. The location of the apartment is great, very close to all significant places in the town center, very well connected. There are shopping markets, malls, restaurants in 5minutes walk. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Location is great (we don't mind a bit of noise, but if you do, please consider that it is on a major boulevard). Shower was excellent and clean. Beds were comfortable. But most importantly -- the hosts were brilliant. We forgot a laptop there and they arranged a prompt and quality return. Thanks a million.
AC is not in the main room, but, truth be told, it managed to lower the temp a corridor away.

The apartment is great, very cozy and clean, with everything you need for a pleasant stay and arranged with attention to detail. The beds are very comfortable to sleep on, including the couch. The bathroom is clean and comfortable. The apartment is located near metro, buses and trams, close to all interesting places. It should be noted that the apartment live looks even better, comparing to photos. And last but not least I would like to say good words about Szabi, who made our check-in very easy and treated us with care.

Szabi was a responsive and welcoming host. The property was second to none, I wish I could live there! The location is central. Very easy to get around on public transport or walking. Szabi provided very useful recommendations for local restaurants and activities for a family in Budapest .

Very friendly host that was super helpful. Apartment equipped with home comforts. Beds, wonderful. Great location for sightseeing. Tram and metro in good walking distance. A quiet, restful haven. Lovely, we are already planning our return.
