We had the most terrific stay in this apartment! Getting to it was pretty easy at it is located on one of the main roads in Budapest easily accessible by public transport. Unfortunately we did not meet the hosts, but they made sure all the instructions on how to get the keys and everything else were clear. They were very professional with everything and extremely polite at the same time. The apartment itself is located on the first floor (US second floor), accessible by stairs, but I have to say that the hallway looks magical! The apartment is clean, spacious, beds are comfortable and in the kitchen you can find everything you might need. The price was great for the experience we've got and we'll gladly come here again. The neighborhood is packed with amazing attractions which many tourists unfortunately miss as they only circulate around the city center. Heroes Square, Museum of Fine Arts, the Zoo, House of Music, Vajdahunyad Castle (a must!), Museum of Ethnography, Szechenyi Bath, to name a few. Bus, metro stations, and the main train station were incredibly close, so logistically everything worked to our advantage. Our stay here truly made the trip to Budapest even more beautiful! Thanks for having us!

Everything was perfect. The host was nice and helpful. Accomodation was in beautiful house built in art nouveau style so the atmosphere of house was perfect for us too.

10 mins walk from Puskas Arena. Great Chinese restaurant opposite (tasty and cheap).24hr shop on corner. Great ice-cream shop down street (towards Stefania street). Breakfast bar around the corner.
Bed not the most comfortable. Floor creaked (a nuisance during night-time bathroom visits).

Spacious apartment just one bus stop from underground trains. The host was very nice and let us stay a bit longer on the depart day. Nespresso coffee machine was nice surprise. The apartment as such was nicely clean, just the matresses need refresh. There is a small shop opened 24/7 just around the corner with basic food and groceries. Parking is free just on the street, just supply the licence place to the host prior your arrival.
Sleeping arrangement could be better, the apartment is designed for 3 people, although it can be booked for 4. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Available were one double bed, one single mattress on elevated platform in the bedroom (beware, the access is not suitable for less mobile people) and one very uncomfortable sofa in the kitchen. The mattress in the sofa needs cleaning badly.
The kitchen has only 3 chairs, so a family of four is not able to eat together. Also some kitchen utensils are also only 3 each, so we ended up sharing forks and cups.
Although the windows are facing side street, there is lot of noise coming from the main street, that is busy till past midnight.

Very bright and cool enough apartment despite the 40 degrees perceived outside.
Convenient location for proximity to buses and metro. H24 supermarkets nearby.
As a slight improvement I would suggest the possibility (also for a daily fee) to use the air conditioning. In our case we would have gladly used it on the first day, then the outside temperature dropped slightly.
Even the availability of dishes / toilet paper / soap for personal hygiene could also be improved with travel sets for example.
