The staff was kind and nice.
The room was very small and for that small room it was quite expensive, as we chose an option with breakfast included.
Since we were leaving very early we were going to miss the breakfast. So, they said that they will prepare it for us to pick up, but they didn’t.

Staff, cleanliness and location is ok.
I called from Italy before that to issue a good room which is noise free. They didn't care issue room number 202 street side without soundproof glass whole night vehicle noise, even no proper curtains to cover lights or sunlight from outside. Pillow is hard low class. Whole night wasn't able to sleep for 5 minutes ended up with neck pain and headache. Poor variety of breakfast. In the room there's not a small bottle water or tea/ coffee which not very costly, should be in this price. Poor management.

Great value for money. Accomodation was fine, staff was pleasant. Window was on the street side. Breakfast was good. Very good connection with public transport.
The smell had some kind of perfume when we came. The toilet is not newest, but we didn't expect it to be for the money we paid. We only could open one window and not both of them.

Good location and breakfast selections.
The only complaint is that the room has no soundproofing. Unfortunately, in my last two nights, a group of students occupied my floor, and I could hear the loud noises coming from the hallway, shouting, and door slamming coming from other rooms.

I went with my family. It was a great experience. The location was just a stone's throw away. The bus and train were just steps away. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If we go again, we will stay there.

The breakfast was delicious. They had a good variety of cold cuts, cheese, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. They also had a good number of different breads and pasties. The coffee and hor chocolate was provided by a machine which was fine. Overall I was very satisfied with the complimentary breakfast.
The toilet in the bathroom leaked quite a bit. I was only there for 3 nights so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

For a 3 star hotel it was perfectly fine. Location is great! My room faced inwards so it was very quiet, too. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was very nice.
There was only one socket in the room at an inconvenient place. The shower was a bit small. Breakfast area was too small for this amount of people, some of them had to eat at the reception desk! Staff was also slow with refilling things. Breakfast selection wasn't great either, but if you arrive before 9AM then it's okay.

I didn't like it at all
first of all, i paid 240 euros for two nights, due to perhaps high demand, for a single room that's not even 6 square meters big. there is no table in the room, i have even no space to unpack. the bed is right by the window and radiator, which is both cold and hot, lucky i didn't get a cold.
the breakfast room is tiny too, water is tab, taste like chloride, i through it up the second, the little sausages, i don't know if it's their specialty or what, it's stinky and sour, it was horrible.
