By train station.
Extremely rude front desk. Man with beard and glasses, 50 years old. Never had such a bad experience with someone through booking, or airbnb, or any hotel stay. We also left airpods in the hotel, messaged them, had the location of them at the hotel, they never responded. We now see them in a different location in Budapest. Meaning, another tourist most likely didn't take them.

The rooms are set up very unique for 4 people! The staff was very kind as we booked the last room late at night, also had to change rooms the next day and they were very kind. The breakfast is amazing! Great spread 10/10. Loved the pool and spa area as well

Everything about our stay was great – the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Special thanks and praise go to the older gentleman at the reception desk. He was extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but his attitude and service truly made a positive difference during our stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very clean and staff is nice and helpful. The spa is also great. Breakfast is decent.
The hotel parking is paid when there are plenty of free spaces around the streets, doesn't make sense to ask money for it in that part of city where parking is free and sufficient.

Very good value for money; Close to the city center, a few bus stops away.
It's not that we didn't like it, but the strange combination of a hotel and offices could have been better thought out and separated.

Room was very nice, clean and tidy and very comfy. There was really nothing to complain about. Breakfast was good, also I would say standard for this type of accommodation. Pool and wellness was very nice, we did use saunas, pool and also hot tub. Bus station like 2 minutes from hotel, and Metro station about 15-20 minutes walk. location of the hotel: I would say calm part of Budapest, which was plus for us. Personal at reception desk was nice, and very helpful, all questions answered. I will recommend Rubin Hotel to my friends if they will go to Budapest.
