I needed a hotel close to a venue at Analog Music Hall, which was like 10-15 minutes by foot. Roxanne was close by and comfortable.
The restaurant seemed to be closed long term, so we had access to a restaurant, that offers no service, no cooking, no breakfast and there isn't anything nearby so bring your own food. Also, there was no sink in the bathroom, just a toilet and a shower and the window cannot be opened. Other than that the room served well.

Parking is free in the area and we could easily find a spot. The owner was really kind and helpful. This place is not in the central in, located in a quiet street, but public transport is excellent. In 15-20 mins you are in the central. There is tram, busses and metro/underground nearby. The room was comfortable, and there was a microwave at the hall, we could have used some kitchen utensils if it had been needed.
It could be a bit cleaner, but we still enjoyed staying in the lovely loft room.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable with nice sheets.
There was no bottled water available as pictured, no coffee, no sink in the bathroom so had to leave the bathroom in the room to use the shared facilities to brush teeth and wash hands etc. I'm not precious so I wouldn't usually mind this, but this isn't disclosed online, and for the price we paid this is not value for money at all.
Our biggest complaint is that the window does not open at all and the air feels very thick and stagnant over a multiple day stay. We were desperate for fresh air but could do nothing about it.
The shower head was broken so had to do a hand shower. There's also no bin in the room which is odd.
It's obviously not peak season so the bar and restaurant are shut so don't expect those facilities.
It's really far out of the centre, requiring a walk and a metro ride to get there. This is fine if you're prepared for it, but again we left feeling frustrated at the price charged for the product received. We paid €151 for two nights which on reflection is pretty outrageous, and we never would have if we'd have known what it would be like. Sorry Roxane Panzio!

It was clean, comfortable beds. The extra bed was also comfortable. The guy who waited us was friendly and flexible. The heating and windows were also great.
The ceiling of the private bathroom was mouldy. There was shower and toilet in the private bathroom but there wasn’t hand wash. The shared bathroom was close and large but it wasn’t clear that it is not part of the private bathroom.

The room was clean and comfortable and the host was helpful with the check-in procedure.
On the pictures it looks like there is a big private bathroom with a big bathtub in the room.
Turned out that in the room there is only a very small shower and a toilet but not even a sink. If you want to fill a bottle of water, you have to leave the room and go to the shared bathroom next door.
That would be alright if it were mentioned on booking but it was a complete surprise for us.

Room was small, but ok
Big "public" bathroom with hairdryer if needed, I haven't use, but can be a plus for others
There was no note about lack of the sink in the bathroom, would be nice if that information would be included - it was bit problematic to wash teeth, face etc. Sitting on the toilet= legs on the door. Also problematic to dry without touching everything around by the towel

We loved Atillas place. He is a great host, helped us with check-in, was always there if we needed something. Room is on the top floor, its small but enough for 2 people :) everything was great and working :)

Individual check-in according to clearly instructions. Nice and really clean rooms. The host was very polite.
Small bathroom without sink in the room (but there is mutual big bathroom for using too). Without fridge. Restaurant was closed that time.
