The lack of air conditioning during a hot summer - The room had an air conditioning unit that was not working properly and was making a terrible noise. During the hot summer nights, we were barely able to get any rest because of it. It's a real shame, as the room itself was spacious, clean, and otherwise very comfortable.

Sofa uncomfortable, but the staff found additional topper to make the sofa comfortable for the remainder of stay.
The breakfast staff were not friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at the Rumbach Hotel during my trip to Budapest! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to major attractions, great restaurants, and ruin bars, yet still tucked away enough to offer a quiet night's sleep. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. A special shoutout to the fantastic staff who were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was also delicious with plenty of variety. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest and would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were impeccable, the breakfast plentiful and the dining hall very cute (like a café), the staff was very attentive and professional. The location can't be beaten –within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, public transportation and literally next to Erzsébetváros
The bed was a bit soft, but not a big deal –maybe it's just my taste. Everything else was great!

המיקום נהדר. הצוות אדיב ונעים מאוד. מלון נקי ונעים.
ארוחת הבוקר קצת פחות מוצלחת. המבחר לא מאוד גדול ומי שלא אוכל על דבר קצת מתקשה למצוא מה לאכול לארוחת בוקר. המזגן בחדר מאוד חלש ולא מקרר מספיק את החדר. בכל פעם שנכנסו להחליף מגבות כיבו לנו את המזגן שגם כך מאוד חלש.

Everything perfect such as cleaness room, kind staff, nice breakfasce, best location to easy access everywhere. I really recommend to use this hote.. I also enjoy nice big screen to watch football game.

Location, is amazing close to anything you need, metro, airport shuttle, restaurants, bars, you name it, all within up to 15 min walk.
The room was clean, and comfy,

Other than that, clean nice lit.
The breakfast is very good, with variaty of choices, pastries, fresh vegs, sausages, scrambled eggs, multiple cheese, jams, salads, gravies, yogurt, butter, bread and more.
And of course free coffee, tea and a choice of cold drinks from the machine.
Staff was always kind and inviting.
Beds were comfortable.
Free wifi across the hotel.
I recommend if you need a good value for money, perfect location and great service.

A few items to notethe: layout of the restroom where you have half a wall in front of you and it is less comfortable due too limited space.
2nd but not a big deal is the fact that the bathroom door is not sealed at all.
One last thing that is missing there is a pool, and the above are the reasons for the 9 and not 10.
