It is a luxurious experience in center Budapest. The hotel is located two steps away from the fashion street. The service as well is amazing.
Actually the mattress was a little bit not comfortable.

From the moment we arrived at Al Habtoor Palace Budapest, we were genuinely impressed by the incredible level of service and personal attention we received. The senior staff went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome — always greeting us with warm smiles, sincere kindness, and genuine care.
What stood out most was their authentic hospitality. Every interaction felt personal and thoughtful. Whether it was assisting us with local recommendations, ensuring our comfort, or simply checking in to see how our day was going, the team consistently exceeded expectations. Their professionalism combined with real human warmth made our stay unforgettable.
We could not have asked for a more attentive and gracious team. This is truly a hotel where you feel valued, respected, and at home — not just another guest among many. A heartfelt thank you to the entire senior staff for making our stay so special! And especially for you Mr Rahim Abu Omar, general manager .

We had a lovely stay at Habtoor Palace Budapest- this is our second time in less than a year. The location is excellent, very central and easy to get around the city. The hotel itself is elegant and beautiful, with a real palace feel but still very comfortable. The gym is beautiful well equipped, the pool, sauna and jacuzzi all added value to our stay especially when weather is cold.
The staff were amazing – friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. You really feel taken care of from the moment you arrive.
The in-room amenities were a big wow – Diptyque products! I even asked reception if it was possible to take them home, and to my surprise, the General Manager, Mr. Rahim Abu Omar, was kind enough to leave them as a gift in our room. Such a thoughtful and generous gesture.
Mr. Rahim was incredibly welcoming, and very down to earth. It truly made our stay extra special. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Budapest.

Amazing hotel with the best location, close to everything and very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful, making the stay truly comfortable. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and everything was perfect from check-in to check-out.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were wonderful, polite and friendly. The concierge was extremely helpful. Location fabulous! The room was spacious and furniture was good quality, the carpet needs to be replaced. The room description was parquet floor and marble and it was carpet. The linens were good quality, however there was a strong fragrance and I sent a message in advance about my allergies. Perfume is a personal preference and having strong perfume on the bed sheets, in the lobby and restaurant was uncomfortable. The hotel does NOT accept PETS and that is why I chose it. The breakfast was delicious and many choices.
Perfume in lobby, bar and restaurant. When people are eating it is best to smell the food.

I had an amazing experience at Al Habtoor Palace hotel! The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in the city center, close to all major attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything was spotless — the rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options to choose from — a perfect way to start the day!
Every detail, from check-in to check-out, was handled with care and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-notch service in a central location. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit! ?
