The location is great and the room was spacious. Bed was a bit too soft. All staff members I interacted with were super friendly.
Not much really. My experience is truly all positive. Two things stayed with me though. Breakfast I thought should have had more selection and the tea was not good. It had a musty smell.

The staff were super friendly with no exception, the location is perfect (located in front a park and next to fashion street) and they have car parking for a daily rate

We enjoyed having cocktails in the evening in the bar area. Both bartenders were excellent and made creative and delicious drinks. Also, the extra small snacks such as peanuts was appreciated.
The pool area was very stuffy and the water was almost too chilly.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is very strategic and convenient, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was lovely and well prepared. A special thank you for the beautiful hospitality in the hotel lobby, where Arabic coffee and dates were available throughout the day. It was such a thoughtful and elegant touch that made the experience even more special. Overall, I had a very relaxing and memorable holiday at this wonderful hotel, and I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is perfectly situated for the first time visitor. The staff are exceptional and your satisfaction and comfort really matter!

This is perhaps the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in in Budapest. Top notch staff and service. Impressive level of cleanliness. Special thanks to Mohsen at the reception desk.
