We enjoyed having cocktails in the evening in the bar area. Both bartenders were excellent and made creative and delicious drinks. Also, the extra small snacks such as peanuts was appreciated.
The pool area was very stuffy and the water was almost too chilly.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is very strategic and convenient, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding.
The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was lovely and well prepared.
A special thank you for the beautiful hospitality in the hotel lobby, where Arabic coffee and dates were available throughout the day. It was such a thoughtful and elegant touch that made the experience even more special.
Overall, I had a very relaxing and memorable holiday at this wonderful hotel, and I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is perfectly situated for the first time visitor. The staff are exceptional and your satisfaction and comfort really matter!
Housekeeping practices are not consistent particularly with evening turn down which was superb on night one of five only?

This is perhaps the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in in Budapest. Top notch staff and service. Impressive level of cleanliness. Special thanks to Mohsen at the reception desk.
The only thing that could be better is the variety in breakfast buffet items.

They just need to tend to their orchids more. Many of them were dying and the plants on the steps up to the spa need to be seriously upgraded. For a spa like that, your first impression with such horrible plants creates negative vibes is all.

This was one of the most luxurious stay at a five stars hotel. From the doorman that would see us from afar and open the door, to the delicious a la carte breakfast and perfect room service.
If I had to say something, the club lounge was a little disappointing. It's not a buffet, it's a la carte and it took 45min to get the food. Kitchen closes at 8pm although the lounge is open til 10pm.
