It's easy to walk to any public transportation
I also liked the breakfasts—you can choose from just about anything
Overall, it was really fun, with a few caveats
Room 324 was simply beyond words—what a disappointment
We were very unlucky with the room itself, more so than with the hotel.
The bathroom door was practically impossible to open and close because it pressed so hard against the floor.
The coffee machine was very loud and eventually stopped working altogether.
There was no soundproofing in the room; we could hear everything from upstairs—like tables and chairs being moved.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was cleaned every day and was always kept tidy and fresh. It was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary, exactly as described in the Booking.com listing. All the facilities and amenities matched the specifications provided online, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their positive attitude made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, I was very satisfied with both the accommodation and the service, and I would gladly stay here again.

The location is good.
It's not clean, dust everywhere. The shower had black mold in it and the sheets where stained. At least they were receptived and changed the sheets. But did nothing about the black mold in the shower. I wouldn't stay here again.

The breakfast should not be missed. It’s not expensive when you see what you get in that buffet.
There was a persistent bad smell coming from the sewer of the shower. It may have been caused by the heatwave hitting Europe at the time of our stay. House keeping was notified and they checked on the matter but the smell did not go away. Closing the bathroom door almost contained the smell to the bathroom.

The location is excellent with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and very responsive. When I reported the air conditioning issue, they moved us to another room within 10 minutes, which I really appreciated.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The thermostat was locked at 21°C and guests could not lower the temperature. Despite this setting, the room temperature reached around 29°C during the day, making it very uncomfortable, especially in the afternoon. Although the second room was slightly better, it still took nearly two hours to cool down and remained warm and humid during the night.
Another downside was the parking fee, which was extremely expensive at €63 per day. This is far above what I would expect, even for a hotel in the city center.
