The suite was beautiful and well equipped including espresso mache including capsules and bottle of water every day. Also the spa and the gym are greate.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, clean and extremely well equipped room, lovely bedding, comfortable bathroom and big plus for fully equipped kitchen. Impressive indoor pool area, with hot jacuzzi, ice bath and sauna. Pleasant breakfast with very polite and professional leading waiter (Sorry, I didn't get the name).
I must admit that the price was a main factor as it was cheaper than the rest of 5 stars hotels in center of the city, but now I understand why. The location is a bit "tired", old beautiful townhouses abandoned totally. Suspicious groups of locals with alcohol bottles in their hands, also in morning hours. Wouldn't bother me if we were 2 adults, but I travelled with my son and he was a bit put off by these views.

The hotel is in an excellent location for those of us who are interested in the Jewish history of Budapest. The staff was wonderful and helpful, and the room had a full kitchen artfully part of the suite. There was excellent lighting and many electric outlets, a large balcony, a nice pool and spa. I even had a massage.
The bed is comfortable but it's up a step which worried us at night if we'd had to get up. Likewise, we shouldn't have asked for a shower because the bathtube was somewhat challenging for seniors.

The rooms were beautiful and clean, the breakfast was amazing but a bit expensive, and the sauna and pool area was very nice.

The staff was very helpful, the room was huge, with everything we needed inside including, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and a lot more. The room itself was very clean, and in general a great experience.

The location is excellent. Walkable to many main attractions as well as being near tram stops. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and different every day. All of the restaurant staff were wonderful but Vincente spoiled us! We had a one bedroom apartment which gave us enough space to spread out.
This is just a comment that we were unaware of the tours the hotel could have helped us with. The concierge was very helpful but we had booked everything ourselves before we arrived. Worth asking for details from them when you book.

Great choice of breakfast. Staff is really helpful. They upgraded our room as we went back second time.
There were some people in the pool who were really loud, behaving antisocially. The staff asked them more time to be considerate to other people. At the end we just left the spa, and also others left too. It was not the staff problem, they did ask more time. I felt even bad for the girl keep asking them. But that was not like the last time, when we actually can enjoy the spa.

I really liked the hotel overall. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and felt like really good value for money.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the service was good throughout our stay.
I also liked how convenient it was for getting around Budapest. Even though some parts of the surrounding area weren’t the nicest, everything was close by, and Ubers were easy to get. Most places were only around 10 to 15 minutes away.
Another big positive was the value, especially because we stayed around the time of the Champions League final. Considering how busy and expensive that period could have been, the hotel was still good value and very accommodating.
Overall, we loved our stay and had a really positive experience.
The only real negative was the location. While it was generally convenient, some areas nearby felt like the less attractive or lower-end parts of Budapest.
Other than that, there wasn’t much to complain about. The hotel itself was clean, spacious, good value, and had friendly staff.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, and the wellness/spa area is fantastic and highly relaxing. The location is perfect central yet quiet. Most importantly, the customer service was exceptional. Even before our arrival, the management showed incredible flexibility and kindness regarding our booking due to the security situation in our home country. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
