Great room, had everything you might think of, including a kitchen. Staff was great, rooms were very well kept

The hotel is beautiful! Stuff are kind! Restaurant is great. The room is looking good and very clean.
There was many construction problems. Broken pipe - no hot water, no water at all, brown eater for hours. Spa was closed for a day and a half.
Many different problems - but the hotel didn't find a way to take care well in any of this problems (expect one breakfast we've got from them)

Great stay: cozy room, amazing spa, and perfect location.
My wife and I had a wonderful time at this hotel! We loved everything. The location is very convenient — right in the city center.
We stayed in room 502. It was warm and cozy, which was perfect for the winter weather. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. We were especially impressed by the spacious bathroom and the high-quality cosmetics and creams provided.
The pool and wellness area were a big plus for relaxing after a long day. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!

A lovely boutique hotel. Beautiful room. Loved that it overlooked an interior courtyard. Very quiet, no street noise. Excellent included breakfast (including a Latte). I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The location in the heart of Budapest was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with easy access to public transport. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A great choice for both leisure and city breaks.

The steff was were helpful and nice. The room was big and pretty. It was worming everywhere even in the floor of the bathroom. Thr breakfast was grate. There were kitchen there all facilities for making you own breackfest and even oven . Everything was perfect. And the hotel is very cozy and beautiful

The staff are very nice, they receive you with a smile with an open heart, all are ready to help you in anything you need.
The apartment was very clean, with everything you needed inside. They received us with a bottle of wine , chocolate and water which made you feel welcome and warm after a tiring journey.
The food was very tastyl with a lot of varieties, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, juices, bread, seeds, yogurts, eggs, jams, tea, coffee,etc. The waiters were very nice and polite also attending you with a smile and very thankful.
The gym, the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were very nice and warm.
Most of the time I had to go down from the 6th floor by stairs because the cleaning room service were using the same elevator and they had trouble with the cart and had to wait for someone to fix it.
As there are many tourists from Israel I would expect at least one TV station from Israel.
