Best hotel we have ever stayed in!!!
I came with my 5-year-old daughter, and every little part of this hotel was magical, comfortable and simply perfect.
- Amazing concierge and reception staff — incredibly friendly, informative, always available and genuinely happy to help.
- Delicious and beautifully presented welcome drinks in their lovely restaurant upon arrival, accompanied by equally lovely service from the restaurant staff. My daughter was absolutely delighted with the hot chocolate with whipped cream.
- A wonderful, extensive breakfast with a huge variety of fruits, vegetables, yogurts, cheeses, salmon, pastries and truly anything you could wish for from a 5-star hotel breakfast. It also included a freshly prepared hot dish of your choice, with plenty of options.
- A spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable one-bedroom suite. We even had a balcony from which we could see the August 20 fireworks and light show incredibly well! The suite had all the dishes we needed, a dishwasher, a small fridge, plenty of bathroom amenities and really everything we could have asked for.
- A luxurious spa area with a beautiful swimming pool and wonderfully comfortable water temperature.
- A small, tucked-away and beautiful inner courtyard with a fountain, which added so much charm to the hotel.
- During the weekend there was also a wonderful live concert in the courtyard. The musicians were fantastic, and the intimate, romantic setting made it feel incredibly special.
What made the hotel stand out most was the combination of elegance, comfort, warmth and intimacy. It felt luxurious without ever feeling impersonal, and my daughter loved it just as much as I did.
I already know that we will return to this hotel with joy whenever we travel to Budapest — with or without children. ❤️

Beautiful hotel, perfect location. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and the staff is professional and kind.
The buffet has a pleasant vibe with just about the good amount of food. The staff there is very attentive.
Would definitely come back to stay here again!

Let’s be real eastern Europe is not western Europe. This was one of the nicest places in all of Budapest and the cost is not bad at all however do not think that the services or the rooms or everything will be the same level of service as Paris.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, the room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely excellent.
The swimming pool was a huge bonus, especially when travelling with children, and really added to our overall experience.
A wonderful hotel that made our stay in Budapest even more enjoyable. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

Отель просто замечательный! Расположение — лучше не придумаешь: самый центр Будапешта, все основные достопримечательности рядом и многое можно обойти пешком.
Сам отель не очень большой, камерный, но при этом с настоящим ощущением премиального уровня. Очень красивый и стильный интерьер, всё продумано до мелочей, безупречно чисто и ухоженно.
Мы останавливались в просторном номере с отдельной спальней — номер очень красивый, комфортный и идеально чистый.
Отдельно хочу отметить кровать! Матрас и подушки просто невероятно удобные — давно я так хорошо не высыпалась в отеле. Спалось просто потрясающе! Особенно впечатлило, что в отеле можно подобрать матрас под себя и свои предпочтения — очень классная и необычная услуга.
Также есть отличная спа-зона с бассейном, джакузи и сауной — прекрасное место, чтобы расслабиться после насыщенного дня.
Очень красивый, уютный и действительно качественный отель в прекрасной локации. Остались только самые приятные впечатления. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова!

Excellent location within walking distance of the main attractions. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a great stay and would happily return.

We booked the Queens Court for one night following a transatlantic flight. It was a splurge - with the goal of having an easy and pleasurable launch to our trip. It exceeded expectations! Gorgeous room (huge, 2 bedroom family suite), beautiful pool/spa, easy parking, fun neighborhood for dinner, in room nespresso, amazing breakfast.
The only complaint is the elevator - very small, very slow. We were on the top floor (3rd floor = 4 flights of stairs). We took the stairs since the elevator was always full or slow to arrive.

The only thing we would like to mention is the masseuse. Unfortunately not on the level of the hotel. Hopefully it will change in future!
