Absolutely beautiful property a couple blocks from the Danube. Great room and staff was impeccable and helpful. Restaurant served a gorgeous breakfast buffet. And tasting menu looked awesome.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Széchenyi Chain Bridge, bus and tram stops, and many sites along the river (Parliament, boat tours, etc.). It has a very good restaurant (breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the premises). However, the hotel's interior is very regimented and symmetrical, with each floor resembling the others (no access to an interior balcony). The room (standard) was also covered in small square tiles and lacked charm and warmth.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location, very friendly, accommodating and courteous staff!
No outlets inside the bathroom, for the amount of money charged, breakfast was not great (not the quality of food expected from a 5 star hotel).

Excellent location, in center of Old Town short, pleasant walk to everything. Small hotel, very welcoming, excellent breakfast selection. We felt like dancing every morning.
Only thing might be that the hotel name is somewhat understated at the entrance, so one needs to be actually looking for it.

Location, cleanliness and staff were amazing
Beds were hard, towels very thin and old and not plush at all. Would have expected better.
Fitness area is very sparse as is spa area.

The hotel was very luxurious. It was convenient to much public transportation and many sites. The staff was quite knowledgeable and helpful with everything. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and they offered a choice of pillows for optimum comfort!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Great room with a very comfortable bed. Super convenient location which was easy to get around. The breakfast had a great selection and the staff was outstanding. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! They also helped us line up an airport transfer as they were right on time. Highly recommend! Also the A/C was a huge plus in the 99 degree weather!

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is top notch. Our room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is close to cafes, shops and walking distance to all the top attractions. Would highly recommend!
