Location is fantastic close to the Danube walk and parliament( the latter only 8 minutes away) . Many good restaurants and venues accessible by walking
Rooms are very large and all amenities included ( Nespresso machine , big screen TV , little refrigerator )
Beds super comfy and great pillows too !
Restaurant is also great with buffet breakfast available

Great location, very comfortable room, staff very helpful and professional. Breakfast buffet was very good.
Our room overlooked a busy street. The dual pane windows were effective in reducing traffic noise, but when these were opened it was a bit noisy. I believe some of the rooms face an interior courtyard where this would not be an issue.

The first room we had was on the first floor next to the Spa. It was too noisy for us. We asked to be moved the second night and were quickly accommodated by the more than helpful and willing staff! The second room was absolutely lovely and quiet. The facilities were spotless, the breakfast was lovely, lots of yummy choices and the staff were phenomenal! Also the hotel is within walking distance of the waterfront and many restaurants and attractions, including St Stephens Basilica.

The location is perfect!, right in the heart of the city. The waterfront, shops, attractions, restaurants, and cafes are nearby.
The rooms are spacious and clean, with an excellent coffee machine and a fully stocked minibar—everything you need.
The breakfast was excellent, delicious, healthy, and varied.
I'd like to point out that the staff congratulated me on my birthday and presented me a bottle of excellent local champagne. It was a pleasure. Thank you!
I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

I find the rooms large and spacious, and beautifully furnished. I love the bed, so comfy. I love the refurbishment of the old building. It is elegant and clever and I really feel at home at this hotel. It is also centrally located, very close to great restaurants and the Basilica... plus they have parking spaces. For me this hotel is a friendly home away from home.
I think the restaurant could choose more healthy options instead of the cheap oils... organic meats and eggs would make a huge impact without a large increase in costs. The breakfast is ok, most things you'd want are there, but a modest range compared to other similar hotels. I wish they'd cook porridge without milk as the eggs and bacon and sausages etc all look kind of odd to me so porridge was the healthy option. The real bread goes quickly! They do have some good items like coffee and tea, a freshly squeezed "smoothie" and pancakes... No individual egg order, tho. If you want it, it costs extra. In the mornings I've eaten there no waiter has ever asked me if I want to order something.
