Everything was fantastic. The service from all the staff was exceptional and so friendly and helpful. The whole experience from you walked in the establishment oozed welcome. The decor of the hotel was superb, and the rooms did not disappoint your expectations. The restaurant with the hotel, Costes Downtown, truly deserves the Michelin rating it has. I have been to Michelin restaurants previously, but this one was by far the best of them all. Not just the food but the service was exceptional. This establishment is the one to stay at when in Budapest, Hungary. Do not miss it. Most definitely value for the money spent, it was way more inexpensive than the other Michelin restaurants we have frequented in Sydney, Australia. Great work guys! P.S. The location was an easy walk to Chain Bridge, other tourist sites and shopping areas.

Plenty of pleasant surprises: an early check-in, a free upgrade, and a complimentary bottle of Hungarian champagne for my wife's birthday — totally unexpected and much appreciated! The location is great, on a quiet street, and the rooms are spacious.

our room didn't have any window on the outside so it is very strange and didn't reach my expectation of such a hotel. all the windoows were localised on an inside court. so you don't have any view and no fersh air/ it is very clostrophobic.
there is no jacusi,it was writen that there was one and we expected it.

Room was extremely comfortable and maid service was exceptional. Location is good with many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The bar was a little small for this size hotel. Staff was helpful.

This hotel is located about a 3 minute walk from the Chain bridge, so excellent for adventures on the Pest and Buda sides of the Danube. My husband and I booked a suite, which was roomy and comfortable. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We are vegan and there was a restaurant attached that included a vegan tasting menu and we were able to book a private boat tour after dinner. Our experience at this hotel was spectacular. PS- Best water pressure and shower temperature my husband and I have ever experienced traveling-
This hotel was fantastic, if I had to select any item it would be the distance between the end of the bed and the wall in the bedroom. You had to sidle sideways if there are two sleeping to not wake up the other person if you wanted to get out of bed at night or in the morning. But that is seriously nit picking- the amazing sitting room was wonderful- this hotel was beyond our expectations.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The hotel itself was equally stylish and impeccably maintained. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. Simply a perfect stay from start to finish.

The hotel offers a limo service to the airport. The website says 42 euros. There was a soccer match in town so prices were very inflated. We were quoted 100 euros when we were at the hotel due to the high demand of transport with the soccer game being in town. When we got to the airport from the hotel, the driver charged 150 euros! What could we do at that point but pay it. Communication between the hotel and limo service was obviously lacking.

It is just minor, the room electricity turned off, just put an iPhone in charge, the staff fixed it quickly

Location is fantastic close to the Danube walk and parliament( the latter only 8 minutes away) . Many good restaurants and venues accessible by walking
Rooms are very large and all amenities included ( Nespresso machine , big screen TV , little refrigerator )
Beds super comfy and great pillows too !
Restaurant is also great with buffet breakfast available
