I like absolutely everything in this hotel - location, cleaning, communication. Calm, nice people, very friendly and helpful.
2 min walk from the State Opera.
There are a lot of different restaurants and cafes
Safely walk around any time of day and night
The breakfast menu is wonderful.
And additional free croissants from the next door bakery were just amazing.

The check in was great - we were delayed about 34 hours and arrived about 2:30 am, greeted cheerfully and shown to our apartment. Location was super! The breakfast was super good with choices and lots of food.
The apartment was a little too hot; we had to open the window and it was a bit noisy. I liked that the window opened though.

The hotel was in a great location, close to most of Budapest attractions and in a great, quiet neighborhood. The room was quite spacious, with lots of amenities and the staff was very helpful, responsive and supportive. The breakfast was adequate and tasty, with enough options. Generally, the value for money makes this hotel quite an unbelievable option
Even though the bathroom was spotless and big, the shower was a little bit small and the shampoo wasn't particularly good. Also, the TV is a bit old, compared to other hotels. Just details on the great big picture, though.

Everything! It is a well run property in an ideal location within walking distance to many sites and all transportation options. The reception and breakfast staff were wonderful. Highly recommend.

Staff are lovely, and I really liked the area of town the hotel is located in. Close to metro stops, very walkable without being in the heart of the tourist area (I don't like staying right on the main tourist strips, personally). The room and bed were comfortable, the breakfast was lovely and even had a few vegan options for me. I really liked putting the eggplant/bell pepper spread on toast and putting cucumber on top. They also have a non-dairy milk option for coffee and muesli.
The room was a little dark because of the layout, but it's not that big of a deal.

The location is excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The apartments were clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Whenever we needed something, it was taken care of quickly. Overall, we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
For families with small children, the two-floor apartments are not very safe. The stairs are steep, and the upper gallery is not fully enclosed. The overall space in the apartments feels quite small. The kitchenette was too limited to be practical…we couldn’t really cook and ended up eating out instead. In the bathroom, an extra shelf for toiletries would have been very useful.

We came to the hotel after a few days of camping and with a sick child.
The crew was super helpful and kind during the reception and check-in as well as after.
The hotel-apartment we had was perfect for our needs, with the fridge and stove, clean and with enough space for a toddler.
I was expecting a very basic breakfast, but eventually it was great (not 5 stars but more than basic).
The location is perfect.
I think the highlight of the place though, is the great crew!
the shower was a bit small and always needed ventilation.
We did not sit in the outdoor breakfast zone, because the smoking spot is right there. I think they should cancel that smoking spot.

Location is fantastic. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is wonderful.
We were put in room 02 which is basically a nearly windowless bunker. This room has a loft to accommodate 3 people but super dingy and you have to walk through the other bedroom to get to the bathroom. The room smelled of stale cigarettes. It was dingy and dark.
Upon check out we notice there is actually a rooftop sitting area we were never told about! Instead we sat in that horrible room to “enjoy” the bottle of wine they provided. (The wine was a nice touch, however).
The blow drier is old and broken and has tape on the on/off switch that you need to continually hold. No shampoo in room. Come to find out you needed to request it! All this for $450.00 per night! Horrible.
Lastly, stay away from the Red Bus city tour. It was absolutely a waste of money! You learned nothing on the tour. They have no air conditioning so if it’s hot, don’t even bother. The driver was surly and super unpleasant. Unfortunately, this tour was recommended by the Hotel, which they should rethink.

Staff is awesome. The breakfast includes scrambled eggs which is a good find in Europe, really love my staying, definitely will come back again.
Just a couple of stains we found on the sheets but nothing we couldn't deal with.

We really liked the location of the hotel. It is in a walking area, surrounded by nice bars and restaurants, plus it's walking distance from various tourist sights and attractions which are a must see if visiting Budapest. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was amazing as well, super helpful and available 24/7. There are some very nice touches, like complementary, home-made ice-team or lemonade during the day, and sangria during the evening. The breakfast was also very nice, with loads of options and nice Nescafe coffee.
Nothing that we didn't like. We had a minor issue with a dripping AC, but we mentioned it at the front desk and they fixed it during the day. So as mentioned above, very nice and reactive staff.

The location is great, close to everything in the center and close by to all public transportation types.
The rooms were clean. It has also rooms that fit a family with 2 kids.
Very nice breakfast.
These are not major comments, but the breakfast was a little less generous than in previous years (e.g., no cooked to order eggs) and the sheets were not replaced every day (probably it can be if you ask for it)
