Beautiful property with a lovely atmosphere and an impressive lobby. We had an excellent stay with our pet—the staff provided pet bowls, which was a thoughtful touch. Whenever we requested housekeeping while our pet was away, the team arranged it without any issues. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Professional and friendly staff who welcome you warmly and are always ready to help if you need anything. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, the bathrooms are impeccably clean, and the towels are fresh with a pleasant floral scent instead of smelling like chlorine. I will definitely come back!

The hotel is stylish and modern, staff was helpful and helped solved any issues and questions. We had the chance for an early check in which was great. We had breakfast a few times and it was quite good, plenty of choice. Location is next to a busy street, but it's close to city center, public transport, etc. Extras in the room such as drinking water, robes, clothes steamer is also a nice touch.
As other reviews mentioned the temperature in the room is quite high and the only way to regulate it is to open windows, which can be a bit noisy at night from the streets around.

We were travelling with a tour company. The location was perfect for Uber and public transportation. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast had good options. Staff was very friendly. I would also like to take this opportunity to give extra thanks to Tomas at the front desk. We extended our trip a few days and had a situation which could have really ruined our stay and vacation. He went beyond what was expected and resolved our dilemma with extreme professionalism and courtesy. The hotel is fortunate to have such a great employee. Thank you again Tomas for helping.
The store across the street was a little sketchy. People hanging out. It was noisy until about 10 pm, then it quieted down.

Staff giving wrong information and doing upgrades if you are not booking through booking.com , for example breakfast if you book a night before should be 15 Euros instead of 19 euros I went to do through reception they said it is only before your booking start which was wrong and wrongly advertised in the elevator as well

Welcoming staff, comfortable room, and a terrific location.
Breakfast was pricey for the selection (more traditional Hungarian dishes). The shower space was small and the door didn't seal shut and it left water all over the floor, also the water temperature was inconsistent.

My wife and I had a great stay at Mövenpick Hotel Budapest Centre. The location was excellent, with convenience stores, restaurants, and public transportation all nearby, which made exploring the city very easy.
The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again.

The room and bathroom were spacious. The free candy bar in the lobby every afternoon was a special treat. The main floor/atrium of the hotel is lovely. Reception employees were very helpful.
