Wonderful
Great location near the river in Pest-side of Budapest; many attraction & food-options just feet away. Super close to Vaci Street ped-promenade. For walkers/explorers a delight. Also very close to bus, Metro & tram service. This is an adjunct-property; nearby larger Marriott has many food-amenities; this one has a good breakfast room (and good food), but limited for regular meal-service. Fine for me. My room with kitchenette was good size; things like carpet/walls/drapes/furniture in good condition overall. Didn't use the kitchen-area much, but great for larger-fridge and microwave for re-heating leftovers. I like the bath-tub option. Terry-robe/slippers nice also. I had an interior courtyard-view - very quiet. Room was soundproof as well. AC & water-pressure were fine. Pool in fitness-center (no extra-charge) was basically a plunge-pool (large Jacuzzi-size); no attendant to show me how to turn-on sauna, however.
See above. Two televisions was nice, but one had 'No signal'. Lobby was small, limited. Signage for hotel poor - you really have to hunt for it if arriving on foot or private-car. This is an adjunct-property to nearby full-size Marriott. Emphasis seems to be on biz-travelers who don't require all the fancy eateries, etc.

Very old building, doesn’t look as fancy as the pictures inside. Gym was minimal and decor was outdated and not great to look at.

The apartment was amazing, spacious, clean, luxurious, equipped with everything you can think of.
The best location for sightseeing, absolutely in the center. Ideal for walking around the sights and the city.
The breakfast was great. Everything worked well. The staff was helpful and nice. Parking right next to the entrance in the underground parking lot.
One toilet didn't flush properly.

The breakfast was average.
Well. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The AC was not working in the main room. I complained to the front desk and they said they would fix it soon. Later afternoon the tech person came to the apartment with a fan and told us the AC motor has not been working and he couldn’t fix it soon. So I asked the front desk that if they knew about the AC problem, why would they have booked us in it? The front desk said oh no we didn’t know about. Lie !!

Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, the River, sites and easy access to transportation, Uber, Bolt and Trams. Great AC in rooms especially with the current heat waves in Europe and beds were comfortable, staff were extremely polite, Thank you Botond for your great cooperation and support!
Cleanliness could definitely improve and the smell of old carpets was discomforting, the bath robes and towels were torn, we found fake nails on the bed side, an unused coffee pod on the floor, house keeping can pay more attention to detail. Bathrooms could do better, the shower curtains had a smell and room furniture can definitely do with an upgrade.

I was charged twice for my stay by the hotel. Although the hotel admitted it was their mistake, more than a month has passed and I still haven't received my refund. Communication has also been very poor. Very disappointing experience.

Excellent location. Large two- and three-room apartments, clean, tidy, with comfortable firm mattresses on the beds.
The upholstered furniture could use some repairs, the seats are already pretty worn out.. The cold water pressure in the taps in one of the bathrooms was very weak, so we had to use the second bathroom. Breakfasts are quite monotonou, they could use some variety.
