I was charged twice for my stay by the hotel. Although the hotel admitted it was their mistake, more than a month has passed and I still haven't received my refund. Communication has also been very poor. Very disappointing experience.

Location is great. Quiet yet close to the river and Vaci Utca.
The place needs a major renovation. It seems to be stuck in the 1980’s.

Good location, near the everything.
There are washing machines on each floor, which is convenient for people who travel for extended periods.

Excellent location. Large two- and three-room apartments, clean, tidy, with comfortable firm mattresses on the beds.
The upholstered furniture could use some repairs, the seats are already pretty worn out.. The cold water pressure in the taps in one of the bathrooms was very weak, so we had to use the second bathroom. Breakfasts are quite monotonou, they could use some variety.

Rooms and corridors of the hotel can be renew, they look old style at the moment. Hotel can leave free small size waters in the room on check in date for their customers.

Great location and really great value for an apartment suite for our family. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was also very quiet in the hotel. Loved the free laundry facilities!
A bit outdated furniture wise and definitely needed a better shower curtain to prevent the major flooding situation in the bathrooms when anyone showered.

Location
On Booking it says parking available. What it doesn’t say is it is 50 euro a night as it is in the same building but not part of the Marriott. Add this in, possible better value elsewhere. Rooms are very dated.
