not much, the sheets and towels were clean...
It had a bad smell, i had to leave a deposit for the key?, there was a TV but it wasn't funcional, it had an AC but no remote, it was booked for two persons (and I payed for two) but the bed was far too small, not worth the money for one night, expecially with no breakfast included.

This hotel was a good value for the money. Located not at the very center of the city, but it felt safe and clean enough. Couple glitches here and there but overall was good enough

The price was on the cheaper side, the room was super clean, great bathroom, super quiet, great internet, and the heating worked great. overall pleasent stay.
The location is a bit far from the center and there was no mini fridge that i could find.

The place was well cleaned and quiet. The bottled water provided by the hotel was a nice touch. Staff was very helpful. Easy check in and out. Location is ok.
Kettle placed on a shelf where no plug available. Mugs are available but no spoons.

The tv
I’m not sure in which world this is a 4 star hotel. Really terrible that they’re lying about it. The bed is super uncomfortable, and me and my partner woke up with a lot pain in the back. There were 2 toilet rolls which were both used (which is disgusting).

The lady at the front desk during the night was the worst experience ever, she was so rude, it seemed she didn't know kindness, she was so mean, she treated us as if we weren't welcome, as unwanted guests, also the lighting in the room was uncomfortable and the decoration doesn't make the room feel cozy
