The main advantage of this hotel is its excellent location right in the heart of downtown Budapest. This was our second stay, and the location was the primary reason we chose to return.
Overall, we had a good stay, but we felt that the quality of the service had declined somewhat compared to our previous visit a few years ago. While everything was satisfactory, it didn't quite match the experience we remembered.
The breakfast was decent, but the restaurant is quite small, which resulted in waiting times during busy periods. On our previous stay, the breakfast seemed more varied and of a higher quality.
There were also a few minor maintenance issues that were somewhat disappointing given the price, such as a shower that leaked slightly. None of these issues significantly impacted our stay, but together they gave the impression that the hotel is not being maintained to the same standard as before.
That said, the unbeatable location remains a major advantage and makes this hotel a convenient choice for exploring Budapest.

Twice there was a problem with the shower and there was no hot water but we were not notified in advance. In the summer heat it is unpleasant.

Location is great. Staff helpful too. Anna and Zsolt from the front office are too good at providing excellent service.
The hotel parking is a pain. The front office staff has to come and open the barrier once you reach the underground parking. If they are busy with check-ins and checkouts, you may have to wait for 10 to 20 minutes. There is no iron/board in the rooms. You have to go to room 944 on the 9th floor to iron your clothes. In the morning hours, the line is huge. The rooms are dated. There are plumbing and air conditioning issues. Most of the rooms we stayed in sounded like a generator room. Only the blower is on, and the compressor is not on when the A/C is working. I guess the room temperature would be around 27 degrees at night. Difficult to sleep with the sound and sweating.

This is my 5th time staying at this hotel, which says a lot about how satisfied I am with it. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city center and within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are always friendly and professional, making every stay comfortable and enjoyable.
