Location is perfect, and we walked to most sites we were visiting. (Also, access to public transportation is great, and the public transport in Budapest is excellent, and easy for foreigners to navigate.) Hotel is older, but that is only seen by the unusual connections to different sections of the hotel. The rooms are quite up to date, with the exception of the pillows, which could use a big update. The rooms also need more counter space. Breakfast is well stocked. Staff are top notch.

I liked the location, it was quiet enough. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is big enough and the shower was strong. We got new towels every day.
No big issues, but if I'd had to call out things to improve:
The safe didn't work. The curtains still let a lot of light in, waking us up earlier than we hoped. The bathroom didn't allow us to store our things. There's just a sink, no shelves. The door of the shower was missing, so water came into the bathroom. The bed is a bit short for me (1.90m) with two separate duvets.

This hotel is located in a pretty square in Pest. It was one block from the Hop on Hop off bus and conventient for tourism in Budapest. The facilities are comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Great location,near metro and train station
However, the room itself felt a bit outdated and could really benefit from renovation. With some updates and modernization, the overall experience would be much better.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, with many attractions and amenities easily accessible on foot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. Although our room faced the street, it remained quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.

The rooms and the beds were very comfortable, I love that it had great illumination and the view to the streets when it snowed was amazing, especially for our kids!
The location was great, we were close to restaurants, cafes, and the skating area!
The ramp from the lobby to the elevators, too steep to move the bags up and down.

I have stayed at Medos several times over the years and will keep coming back not just through nostalgia although there is an element of this. Excellent location near Okotgon with lots of great restaurants of all types of food, and bars close. Clean, comfortable and pleasant staff - I will return again.
Nothing - this is a traditional hotel. I admit that I did not have breakfast during my stay so I cannot comment on this.
