A very nice, upscale hotel, close to the city center.
Rooms and facilities were very clean; everything was newly furnished and looked really good. There was enough kitchenware. The beds were very comfortable, and the location is very close to the main attractions in the city.

Very Good
Location is really good. Very close to metro, like 2-3min from Metro Line 1, plus several busses. So from there just few minutes to major attractions. Breakfast was rather basic, but sufficient. All in all really good place to stay.
If you travel by car have in mind that the underground parking lots are really narrow and even if you can fit the car you can't get in/out. So try to clarify in advance with the staff is your car is regular or bigger size where they can fit you.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The parking was easy and secure. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The sauna and gym were nice, added bonuses. Walkable to many different things.

The apartment looks really nice, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, but we had almost the same food everyday.
We were traveling with our dog, a french bulldog and even though we paid 25 euros extra per night, we weren’t notified about the rules. On the first morning we went to breakfast with our dog, he was well behaved under our table, no guest was disturbed.
On the second morning a lady from the kitchen was extremely disturbed that we had our dog with us, and she just looks at me with a judging face and said “bring to the to the room now” without saying “hello, please or thank you”, as if I didn’t pay or the hotel was doing me a big favor by allowing me to stay.
I understand if that’s the rule, but I expect the hotel staff to inform me before and nicely, not like I did something wrong and illegal.
And the cherry on the cake were the other guests: almost everyone was sick, which is something we can’t control. BUT it is unacceptable to COUGH and SNEEZE all over the breakfast food, adults and children included.
I am looked at as a criminal for bringing my dog which is considered “unsanitary” but adults sneezed, coughed and let their children do the same and even touch the food and put it back.
We stayed for 4 nights, this the first day back home and I am already really unwell and showing signs of sickness.
This is extremely frustrating because I am really careful and mindful and I got sick right before Christmas because people are selfish and don’t know how to behave in public.
I would avoid this hotel just because of this.

The room was super spacious and very nice, comfortable and resourceful, we even did laundry there since the room had a small washer dryer which was super convenient. The location is very close to a metro line M1 so it’s easy to move around. Also there’s a gym with lots of stuff and a sauna. The staff is super friendly and helpful, specially Berna and Agi!
A floor is being renovated so the elevator is protected with plastic, but that didn’t bother us at all and should be done in the next couple of months.

The apartment was very spacious, much more then we thought. Two large bedrooms and a large living room and kitchen area. The kitchen has many facilities, including a large refrigerator (much larger than usually seen at hotel rooms) . There are two bathrooms and showers, and everything was very clean.
Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, the inner courtyard is very nice.
There is a metro station nearby, this metro line #1 takes you in a few minutes to the center (Deak Ferenc Ter area). If the hotel was located around that area it would be even better.

Amazing value for a family of four. The staff was friendly and welcoming and pre-labeled our parking spot in the garage (we fit an American Honda Pilot SUV, but it was a very tight fit). The hotel can also coordinate child-care which we didn't use this time but would like to try in the future. The hotel is close to the subway lines making travel in the city a breeze. Our one-bedroom also came with a washer in the bathroom.

The hotel is great and well renovated. The apartment had everything we needed, was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was great and very welcoming and helpful.
